Abstract: An n-type metal oxide semiconductor transistor includes a gate structure, two source/drain regions, two amorphous portions and a silicide. The gate structure is disposed on a substrate. The two source/drain regions are disposed in the substrate and respectively located at two sides of the gate structure, wherein at least one of the source/drain regions is formed with a dislocation. The two amorphous portions are respectively disposed in the two source/drain regions. The silicide is disposed on the two source/drain regions, wherein at least one portion of the silicide overlaps the two amorphous portions.

Abstract: An improved rotary helical brush comprising a rotary axle and two helical brushing members slipping over the rotary axle, the helical brushing members are planted with bristles on surfaces of their corresponding continuous helical frames and are assembled by rotating in mutual contrary directions. The rings of one of the two helical brushing members are arranged alternately relative to rings of the other helical brushing member, the degrees of inclination of bristles on every ring of the helical frames are increased to increase the contact areas between the bristles on each ring and the surface of a plate being cleaned. Thereby the rotary axle rotates slower to reduce the centrifugal force and vibration, and thereby scrapes created on the surface of a plate can be reduced.

Abstract: An improved structure of a foldable comb having a handle and a hollowed frame pivotally connected therewith, the hollowed frame has an elastic member for implanting thereon a plurality of brush pins. The handle provides an eccentric wheel at the pivotal connection thereof, a push rod having a block thereon can be moved with the eccentric wheel and having an elongated shank thereof inserted into a rod sheath beneath an elastic member in a cavity of the hollowed frame to move therewith; therefore a plurality of brush pins on the elastic member being capable of stretching automatically when the handle and the hollowed frame being spreaded and being capable of contracting automatically for storage when the handle and the hollowed frame being folded.
