    Abstract: A rotary bearing assembly is disclosed and includes an input shaft, an inner-ring component, an outer-ring component and a load element. The input shaft is configured to combine a rotating shaft of a motor to provide a power input. The inner-ring component includes a gear set, wherein the inner-ring component is sleeved on the input shaft through the gear set and driven by the input shaft. The outer-ring component is sleeved on the inner-ring component through a load element and engaged with the gear set, wherein when the gear set is driven by the input shaft to drive the inner-ring component, the gear set drives the outer-ring component, and the inner-ring component and the outer-ring component are rotated relatively, wherein one of the inner-ring component and the outer-ring component is served to provide a power output, and a rotational speed difference is between the power input and the power output.

The wireless data detection device includes: a body adapted to be mounted to an inner surface of a rim, and having a closed end, an open end disposed to be in spatial communication with a chamber of a wheel, and a cavity defined between the closed and open ends; a radio frequency unit for receiving and transmitting radio signals; a detector for detecting pressure in the cavity and for generating a pressure signal according to the pressure detected thereby; and a control unit for processing the pressure signal into a data output. The radio frequency unit converts the data output received from the control unit into the radio signal to be transmitted thereby. The data receiver receives the radio signals transmitted by the radio frequency unit.

    Abstract: A wafer level chip scale package, having a chip, at least one dielectric layer, a stress buffer layer, multiple first solder balls and multiple second solder balls. By using an upper dielectric layer to cover a lower dielectric layer, the peeling effect between the dielectric layers is mitigated. Further, by forming the stress buffer layer and the chip with a stair-like structure, the peeling effect of the stress buffer layer is also mitigated, while the probability of moisture penetration into the package is minimized. A method for fabricating the above wafer level chip scale package is also introduced.

    Abstract: A method of reworking a bump is provided. Failed bumps are chemically etched off the wafer. During etching, the etchant somewhat damages the passivation layer on the wafer. Therefore, a global metal layer is needed to cover the bonding pads and the passivation layer before a new under ball metallurgy (UBM) layer is formed. A complementary passivation layer is formed to cover the damaged passivation layer after the failed bumps are removed. Then, a new UBM layer and new bumps are formed. Alternatively, the failed bumps and UBM layer are chemically etched off without formation of a metal layer. Instead, a complementary passivation layer is formed to cover the damaged passivation layer. Finally, a new UBM layer and new bumps are formed. By chemical etching, the failed bumps can be reworked and the yield of the bump production can be increased.
