  • Patent number: 8253604
Abstract: A keyboard scanning circuit, comprising N wires, and [(2N?1)+(2N?1?1)N] switches divided into two switch groups, therein N is a natural number. Each switch includes a first contact and a second contact. The first contacts of the (2N?1) switches in the first switch group are connected to ground, the second contacts of the (2N?1) switches in the first switch group are connected to the wires in (2N?1) connectors. The first contacts of the (2N?1?1)N switches in the second switch group are connected to one of the wires, the second contacts of the (2N?1?1)N switches in the second switch group are connected to the nodes between the switch in the first switch group and the wires.

  • Publication number: 20040241264
Abstract: A movable material injection device for a rubber injection machine includes two heat two heat isolating boards and a mediate part sandwiched between the two heat isolating boards. The movable material injection device is connected to a pushing device which sends the movable material injection device horizontally to the position between the top set and the mold assembly of the rubber injection machine. Runners are defined in the two heat isolating boards and the mediate part, and communicate with the cavities of the mold assembly and the material feeding device connected to the top set. The movable material injection device is removed from the mold assembly after rubber is injected into the cavities in the mold assembly so that the rubber in the runners of the movable material injection device is not heated with the mold assembly.

  • Publication number: 20040241265
Abstract: A rubber injection machine includes a top board with two grooves so that a material supply device is movably engaged with the grooves. A material injection device is movably connected to an underside of the top board and a nozzle of the material supply device is located above the material injection device. A lower board is connected to a hydraulic device and a mold assembly is supported on the hydraulic device. The material injection device is movable to match with the mold assembly and then removed from the mold assembly. The material injection device is not heated with the mold assembly.

  • Publication number: 20040234644
Abstract: A molding machine includes an upper board connected to a material injection device and a runner base is connected to an underside of the upper board. The runner base includes a heat-isolating board and a scrap removal board connected to the heat-isolating board. A plurality of runners are defined through the heat-isolating board and communicate with an entrance on the upper board so that material enters from the entrance into the runners. A lower board is connected to a hydraulic device and a mold assembly with concavities is connected to a top of the lower board. The heat is removed by the heat isolating board so that the material is not over-heated and can be reused.
