  • Patent number: 6125517
Abstract: A pair of pliers for loading-unloading E-type clamping piece mainly comprises a clamping operational strip in shape of a long flat board, wherein a C-opening is formed at one end and a crotched opening at the other; and a handgrip that can be inserted with those two ends of the clamping operational strip alternatively. The handgrip is further provided with a movable pin, which can move up or down, fastening to the clamping operational strip. By virtue of abovesaid construction, the clamping operational strip can hold an E-type clamping piece to clamp at a circular groove on a target article, or vice versa. The C-opening can be used by the way to select a required E-type clamping piece by comparing its opening width with outer diameter of the circular groove on a target article.

  • Patent number: 5848620
Abstract: A retainer puller including a head with two clamp halves commonly having an opening at their front ends and a handle at their rear ends, and a bolt. The clamp halves are each provided with a hole. The bolt includes a polygonal head and a rod provided with an axial slot of a determined depth across the free end thereof. The rod of the bolt is rotatably secured through the respective holes of the clamp halves. In use, the free end of a retainer is inserted into the opening of the clamp halves and then into the slot of the bolt. By turning the bolt with a wrench, the free end of the retainer may be wound on the rod to reduce the internal diameter of the retainer and thus tighten the retainer on the objects onto which it is fastened.
