Abstract: A method for designing an abutment tooth which mainly comprises the steps of: setting a reference abutment device with a feature on an analog of a mouth model; positioning a digital abutment with the same configuration as the reference abutment device on the analog to obtain the configuration data of the positioning of the digital abutment on the analog; optimally adjusting the digital abutment by using as a reference the configuration digital data without affecting the configuration of the digital abutment and the analog, thus finishing the design of the abutment.

Abstract: A method of making dental plate implant includes the steps of preparing an oral scanning image generated from a tomogram of a patient's mouth; producing and scanning a substantial model from a rollover of the patient's mouth to prepare an oral model; positioning the oral model to the oral scanning image by comparing a positioning object (defined by the oral model) and a referential object (defined by the oral scanning image) respectively; conducting a multi-stage amplification calculation of the oral model to further generate a digital processing model; and processing the digital processing model through a machine tool to produce a dental plate implant.

Abstract: A method includes the steps of preparing a tooth mold of a rollover from a patient's mouse; scanning the tooth mold to convert it into digital data and to create a digital model; conducting operations of at least positioning, integration, and edition of the digital model to create a digital plaster mold; and converting the digital plaster mold through computer-added manufacturing (CAM) into a program for a processing machine and then processing a material with the processing machine based on the program to produce a substantial plaster mold. Accordingly, the present invention can simplify the delivery/transportation process, reduce the costs, speed up the production, and do the standardization.
