Abstract: A bonding pad structure for use with compliant dielectric materials and a method for wire bonding is described in which a rigid layer is formed between the bonding pad and the compliant dielectric layer. The rigid layer increases the stiffness of the bonding structure such that an effective bond may be achieved by conventional ultrasonic and thermosonic bonding methods.

The grip can receive a golf ball and a plurality of golf tees. The upper-fixing-member for holding a golf bag can receive a plurality of golf balls. The inclination of the grip-supporting-rod is adjustable. The central components of the collapsible frame are disposed in a hollow supporting rod both to prevent the user from being hurt and to increase the component's durability. The wheels and its supporting means are simplified as well as easy for operation.

Abstract: A combination umbrella and golf ball retriever which uses the umbrella strut as a socket pipe to accommodate several telescopically nested tubes so as to form an elongated handle for a golf ball retriever. There is an eccentric-grooved stud inserted at one end of the inside tube of each two neighboring tubes. The eccentric-grooved portion of this stud matches with a similar eccentric circular bushing. When the inner tube turns to one direction, the outside part of the circular bushing will press tightly against the inner wall of the outside tube and lock up the two neighboring tubes. An opposite turn at the inner tube will set loose the circular bushing and allow both neighboring tubes to slide in and out freely so as to adjust the length of the handle of the golf ball retriever.

Abstract: A foldable portable reclining chair composed of a soft material tent-type chair face and a stable chair frame body, wherein said stable chair frame body is composed of a plurality of support racks each in a proper length to be connected with a retractable joining device. Thus, when the user wants to fold and pack the chair up, he may draw the support racks along the pre-set direction away from the joining seat of the support rack body, fold the frame up and set the connection support racks parallelly to each other against the support rack body. The folded frame can be tied together into a smaller volume. Thus, the carrying or transporting and folding of the reclining chair become simpler and easier than that of the conventional reclining chairs.
