  • Patent number: 8505260
Abstract: A laterally restrained joint structure including a structural member, a gusset plate and at least one restraining member is disclosed. The gusset plate is connected to the structural member, and a two-force member is disposed opposite to the structural member and connected to the gusset plate. The restraining member is disposed over side or at edges of the gusset plate and connected to the structure member, so that the lateral deformation of the gusset plate can be controlled and the buckling strength of the gusset plate can be enhanced by the restraining member, and the laterally restrained joint structure is capable of reinforcing a building.

  • Publication number: 20060066187
Abstract: Provided is a lock mechanism mounted on an inner wall in a rear of a cabinet. The mechanism comprises a longitudinal slide with first beads formed therealong, a rotatable connecting member connected to a top connecting block, a lock, a link interconnected the connecting member and the lock, sleeving blocks spaced apart along the slide, catches pivotably disposed in the sleeving blocks, and detents each secured to a rear end of a drawer. Pulling one drawer will counterclockwise pivot the catch to push a ball of the sleeving block into a gap between upper and lower beads below the first beads to push the upper bead upwardly and the lower bead downwardly respectively, and move the first beads downwardly to clear the ball proximate the catch from the upper and the lower beads for locking each of the remaining drawers.

  • Publication number: 20020088188
Abstract: A modular partition includes a compartment frame located beneath a lower horizontal strut of the partition. The compartment frame has a vertical wall and side flanges extended from the vertical wall to form separate cable shelves for holding cables inside in an organized fashion to avoid interference. The compartment frame further has two side panels each is pivotally engaged with a bulged flange formed at the upper section of the compartment frame so that the side panels may be opened or closed easily to facilitate cable laying and rearrangement. A plurality of fastening elements are provided to fasten the compartment frame with the partition struts securely.

  • Patent number: 6409293
Abstract: A cabinet and drawer assembly structure mainly utilizes ball screw rods to fasten two rear panels in a juxtaposed fashion and to fasten two opposing side panels to the rear panels. The side panels have square channels which have aperture and troughs to allow wedge legs of a transverse beam to wedge in. The rear panels and side panels have jut edges extended from the top ends thereof to couple with wedge slots formed on the peripheral rims of an upper panel, thus coupling and fastening of the peripheral panels and the upper panel and lower panel and front panel may be accomplished rapidly to complete the cabinet assembly. The inner sides of the side panels may have slide roller channels mounted thereon to support a drawer assemble.
