  • Patent number: 10898410
Abstract: An oscillating health device includes a top cover and a bottom cover. The top cover and the bottom cover, each of which is made of a titanium sheet and molded in a metal stamping process, are welded together for development of a box body. The box body is provided with a drive element unit inside, and both the top cover and the bottom cover accommodate an oscillating hoop in between. The drive element unit enables a lamina lever of the oscillating hoop to induce vibrations which are transferred to the box body for generation of regular low-frequency oscillation, so that a health effect can be produced when the box body is in contact with a user's human body.

  • Patent number: 8250891
Abstract: A tube, which is especially employed for making the main frame tube of a bicycle, is fabricated by means of a 6-4Ti alloy sheet being fed to the forming mold with a feed device, being cold-rolled with the stamping block, winding the circumferential side of the forming mold as a tube blank with a spiral clearance extending along the tube blank, and welding the tube blank at the spiral clearance as a seam of the finished tube. In this way, the fabricated tube has an advantage of providing a high strength to resist being deformed easily.

  • Publication number: 20120152397
Abstract: A frame tube for a light-weighted bicycle frame includes a spiral tube body having multiple spiral turns and made by processing 6-4 titanium, ASTM A313 or ASTM A564 high-strength stainless steel alloy sheet material of thickness under 1 mm. Each two adjacent spiral turns of the spiral tube body is bonded together by welding. A plurality of pores is formed in the spiral tube body to reduce the weight of the frame tube and to enhance its shock-absorbing capability.

  • Publication number: 20100320721
Abstract: A tube seat, which is made of titanium alloy, for fabricating a frame of a bicycle include a main tube and at least a branch tube extending outward from said main tube. The branch tube is arc-welded with a metal tube made of titanium alloy firmly. The tube seat is fabricated as an upper tube seat, a five-way tube seat, a head tube seat, a hook tube seat, a crank arm seat, and a fork seat. The metal tube is fabricated as seat tube, a top tube, a seat stay, a down tube, a chain stay, a crank arm, and a fork for forming the frame.

  • Publication number: 20030010811
Abstract: The present invention is a hollow-pipe forming apparatus and its products, which mainly comprises a driving mechanism, a fuse-welding mechanism and a feeding mechanism etc. The driving mechanism connects with a cylindrical internal mold at an output end of a driver, with the outside diameter of the internal mold being equal to the inside diameter of the pipe to be produced. The fuse-welding mechanism is a general fuse-welding machine, which has a welding gun. The feeding mechanism supports a metal strip thereon, and the metal strip is caused to pass through a leveling and fixing rack and overlap onto the internal mold of the driving mechanism after being unrolled, so that the leveling and fixing rack can exert a stretching and leveling effect on the metal strip. When the metal strip is overlapped onto the internal mold, it will form an angle between it and the internal mold. Therefore, the metal strip on the feeding mechanism can overlap onto the internal mold of the driving mechanism in an appropriate angle.
