Abstract: A method includes placing a polisher head on platen, the polisher head including a set of first magnets, and controlling a set of second magnets to rotate the polisher head on the platen, wherein controlling the set of second magnets includes reversing the polarity of at least one second magnet of the set of second magnets to produce a magnetic force on at least one first magnet of the set of first magnets, wherein the set of second magnets are external to the polisher head.

Abstract: A food stirrer includes a seat and a container. A driving axle extends through the seat. A bushing is provided outside the driving axle. The driving axle has a brake device for quickly stopping the rotation of the driving axle when a motor is powered off. A spring is provided under an upper sleeve and received in the middle sleeve with a tendency to push the upper sleeve upwards. A first one-way ratchet wheel is mounted at a bottom end of the driving axle. A gear assembly is mounted beneath a bottom end of the driving axle, and connected to the motor by a connector. A second one-way ratchet wheel is engaged with the first one-way ratchet wheel. The container has a cover, a pole formed on the cover for pushing the driving axle downwards, and a cutting tool provided outside the bushing and formed with multiple blades.

Abstract: A multi-function portdock for connecting a first I/O card and a second I/O card of a desktop computer to a panel of said desktop computer directly is proposed. The multi-function portdock comprises: a body installed in said desktop computer for showing a surface of said body on said panel of said desktop computer; a first I/O slot installed on said surface of said body for containing said first I/O card, when said first I/O card is inserted into said first I/O slot, signals can be transmitted to said desktop computer; a second I/O slot installed on said surface of said body for containing said second I/O card, when said second I/O card is inserted into said second I/O slot, signals can be transmitted to said desktop computer.

Abstract: A method is provided to input an address signal A.sub..o slashed., A.sub.1, A.sub.2 .about.A.sub.n-1, A.sub.n to an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit includes an address decoder for providing a select signal. The method includes (1) inputting value of A.sub.1, A.sub.3 .about.A.sub.n to the address decoder during a first time interval, and, during the first time interval, an access-control signal being disabled to prohibit access operation by the integrated circuit; and (2) inputting value of A.sub.526, A.sub.2 .about.A.sub.n-1 to the address decoder during a second time interval, and, during the second time interval, the access-control signal being enabled to allow access operation corresponding to address value of A.sub.526, A.sub.1, A.sub.2 .about.A.sub.n-1, A.sub.n.
