  • Publication number: 20030192773
Abstract: A feeding roller includes a hub member mounted to rotate with a driven shaft, a plurality of angularly displaced anchored seat members disposed on a surrounding outer wall of the hub member and defining anchored areas, a surrounding workpiece contacting member surrounding and spaced apart from the hub member so as to be brought into frictional contact with a workpiece, a plurality of force transmitting members disposed on an inner annular wall surface of the surrounding workpiece contacting member and forming secured areas which spacedly confront and lead the anchored areas, respectively, and a plurality of coupling and biasing members, each interposed between the secured area and the corresponding anchored area. Rotation of the hub member is transmitted to the surrounding workpiece contacting member to bring the surrounding workpiece contacting member into contact with the workpiece so as to feed the workpiece with an even and smooth compression force.

  • Patent number: 6326891
Abstract: A compact warning device for preventing child from being lost comprises a high frequency distance-adjustable host transceiver and a plurality of slave transceivers wherein the high frequency host transceiver is carried by the parents and a high frequency slave transceiver is secured on a child, and the host and the slave transceivers can proceed bi-directional page or response with its counterpart. When one of the slave transceivers departs from the host transceiver beyond a preset security range, both the host and the slave transceiver will alarm to warn the child and the parents in order to prevent the child from being lost. Moreover, as this invention is capable of adjusting security range in multiple stages, it can fit various circumstantial conditions.

  • Patent number: 6220316
Abstract: A repositionable supporting apparatus includes a lower post adapted to be fixed on a worktable. An upper post is disposed co-axially rotatable relative to the lower post, and has a downward abutment wall defining an upper cavity, and an anchored end portion connected to an anchoring end of a cantilever member. The cantilever member has a holding end opposite to the anchoring end in a direction radial to the upper post for carrying a workpiece feeding device. A coupling member couples the lower post with the upper post in both retained and released positions where the upper post is prevented from rotation and is rotatable relative to the lower post respectively, and has an upward abutment wall to slidably contact the downward abutment wall such that a lower cavity therein can be aligned and communicated with the upper cavity.

  • Patent number: 6183430
Abstract: The invention discloses a portable bathtub massage pad, which can be placed within a bathtub or be hung in a shower room. It comprises a pump, a pad, and a control circuit. The massage effect on human bodies is achieved by the steps of sucking, pumping, and jetting water with the pump to send the pressurized water to the pad that is distributed with water ways inside and jet water on the user via the water outlets on the pad.

  • Patent number: 5799854
Abstract: A workpiece feeding device includes a housing with a vertical support wall which has shaft mounting sleeves. First shafts extend horizontally and respectively through the sleeves. Two bearings are provided in two ends of each sleeve between the first shaft and the sleeve and are made of a powder-metallurgy process. Swing seats are mounted respectively to rear ends of the sleeves and have vertical seat walls which, in turn, have first holes for insertion of the sleeve and second holes for insertion of second shafts. Bushings project from the seat walls and have auxiliary seats which extend to the sleeves for connection therewith. As such, the machine can operate stably during the workpiece feeding operation.

  • Patent number: 5718408
Abstract: An adjustable supporting apparatus supports a workpiece feeding machine on a worktable and includes a base member fixed on the worktable and provided with a neck. A pivot member has a vertical sleeve portion sleeved rotatably on the neck and locked releasably on the neck by means of a vertical lock bolt unit, and a horizontal nose projecting from the vertical sleeve portion. When released, the pivot member can rotate about a vertical axis on the neck. A horizontal sleeve member is sleeved rotatably on the nose and locked releasably on the nose by means of a horizontal lock bolt unit. When released, the sleeve member can rotate about a horizontal axis on the nose. A positioning assembly has a tubular unit fastened to the sleeve member and formed with a passage into which a straight first end portion of a coupler rod is inserted.
