  • Publication number: 20240145379
Abstract: Methods and semiconductor devices are provided. A method includes determining a location of a polyimide opening (PIO) corresponding to an under-bump metallization (UBM) feature in a die. The die includes a substrate and an interconnect structure over the substrate. The method also includes determining a location of a stacked via structure in the interconnect structure based on the location of the PIO. The method further includes forming, in the interconnect structure, the stacked via structure comprising at most three stacked contact vias at the location of the PIO.

  • Patent number: 11922844
Abstract: An integrated driving device is provided. The integrated driving device includes a touch sensing circuit and an optical sensing circuit. The touch sensing circuit is configured to perform touch sensing in a plurality of touch sensing periods during a first frame period. The optical sensing circuit is configured to perform optical sensing during at least one optical sensing period during the first frame period to obtain optical sensing signals for generating first ambient light information. The touch sensing periods and the optical sensing period are non-overlapping. Correspondingly, an operation method of an integrated driving device is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20210220708
Abstract: A golf club head has a body, a strike panel, and at least one counterweight structure. The body has a sole, a crown located above the sole, a side wall, and a hosel formed on the crown. The side wall is connected to the sole and the crown. The strike panel is mounted on the body, and is located between and connected to the sole and the crown. The strike panel, the side wall, the sole, and the crown enclose an inner space of the hollow body. The at least one counterweight structure is mounted on an outer surface of the side wall and has multiple meshed recesses disposed at spaced intervals. The at least one counterweight structure is mounted on the side wall of the body to adjust a position of a center of gravity of the golf club head.

  • Publication number: 20050143191
Abstract: A golf club head includes an upper surface having an ankle formed at a first side of the upper surface. A toe is formed at a second side of the upper surface opposed to the first side. A rear wall is formed between the ankle and the toe. A recess is transversally defined at the rear wall. A sole has a rear side connected with the rear wall and is longer than the rear wall. A strike surface is formed from the sole and extends upwards to connect with a front side of the upper surface. The sole has an area greater than the upper surface. The toe has a substantially upright and slightly curved outer periphery. Whereby, the golf club head has a low center of gravity near the rear wall, so a golf player can easily control a golf club with the head.

  • Patent number: 6639396
Abstract: A detecting structure formed on the space of circuit unit correctly and easily detects whether the lines of the circuit unit are formed on the correct position, and more particularly to obtain the deviation difference of a position provided to form the lines. The detecting structure is able to be formed on a space of periphery of each circuit unit, thus the detecting result is exactly correct.
