Abstract: A testing probe structure for wafer level testing semiconductor IC packaged devices under test (DUT). The structure includes a substrate, through substrate vias, a bump array formed on a first surface of the substrate for engaging a probe card, and at least one probing unit on a second surface of the substrate. The probing unit includes a conductive probe pad formed on one surface of the substrate and at least one microbump interconnected to the pad. The pads are electrically coupled to the bump array through the vias. Some embodiments include a plurality of microbumps associated with the pad which are configured to engage a mating array of microbumps on the DUT. In some embodiments, the DUT may be probed by applying test signals from a probe card through the bump and microbump arrays without direct probing of the DUT microbumps.

Abstract: A direct-type light source module including N-stage light sources and an optical sheet is provided. The optical sheet is disposed above the N-stage light sources, and an optical distance between the i-th-stage light source and the optical sheet is smaller than an optical distance between the i+1-th-stage light source and the optical sheet, where 1?i<N, and N is a positive integer greater than 1. A display device is also provided.

Abstract: A funnel assembly used for adding motor oil to cars or motorcycles is revealed. The funnel assembly includes a main body, a first sleeve, an extension tube, a second sleeve and a cover. The main body is connected to the first sleeve and the first sleeve is assembled with the extension tube. The extension tube is connected to the second sleeve and the second sleeve is assembled with the cover. The first sleeve and the extension tube can be assembled with each other toward different directions and so do the second sleeve and the cover. Thereby the funnel assembly can be applied to and mounted into oil fill holes at different positions of various cars.

Abstract: An assembly tool for assembly and replacement of bolts on a wheel hub is revealed. The tool includes a first tool set and a second tool set. The first tool set has a base and a fastener. The base is a circular body with a receiving part. A pad is disposed on the receiving part and a bearing is arranged under the pad. The fastener includes a hexagonal head, an enlarged part, a cylindrical part and an axial hole arranged with a thread. The second tool set has a first arm and a second arm pivotally connected to each other. A wheel bolt is pressed into the wheel hub by the first tool set while the wheel hub is positioned by the first and second arms of the second tool set fastened with the wheel bolts of the wheel hub for convenient assembly of the wheel bolts.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a funnel apparatus for filling of liquids, which comprises a funnel, a sealing means, a locking means, and a soft tube. The funnel apparatus has a fluid receiving member and a tubular member provided for carrying fluid. The latter has a passageway that has a top end portion installed with a handle, and a bottom end portion equipped with a stopper provided for blocking movement of the tubular member. The plunger rod has recessed portions patterned in a longitudinal orientation across its surface. The locking means has an assembly bore and a rim connected with a series of spokes; the assembly bore is fixedly disposed at an end of the receiving member so the plunger rod stretches over the assembly bore and can move axially thereby. The soft tube is inserted into the recessed portions on the plunger rod for providing an air exchange functionality.

The neck is extended from one end of the handle and the head is formed by extension of one end of the neck. The neck has resilience. The head consists of a first head threaded with a first striking element and a second head threaded with a second striking element. The design of the structure minimizes bounce of the handle.

Abstract: A screwdriver gripping tool is disclosed, comprising a sheath having an integrated unibody structure, and symmetrical elastic pinchers disposed at a tip of the sheath. The sheath is used for wrapping around a screwdriver handle; the elastic pinchers are used for holding on the screw head. The elastic pinchers also extendedly stretch to form two symmetrical, inwardly curving flanges that face each other, for use to capture a screw head so as to assist a driving motion of a screwdriver to set a screw into a work piece.

Abstract: A magnetic retaining device includes a barrel secured to one end of a flexible extension shaft or a driving shank, a pole slidably received in the barrel and having one end extendible outward of the barrel, a magnetic member secured to the outer end of the pole, and a retaining ring may be attached to the pole for limiting a movement of the pole relative to the barrel. The pole and the magnetic member may thus be moved relative to the barrel and may be moved inward and outward of the barrel, for attracting or driving the tool members in the deep grooves of the objects.

Abstract: A ratchet screw driver includes a shaft rotatably received in a handle, two follower ratchet gears slidably engaged on and rotated with the shaft, two driving ratchet gears rotatably and slidably engaged on the shaft, and a spring biasing the driving ratchet gears to engage with the follower ratchet gears. A barrel and a ferrule are secured together and rotatably secured to the handle and each has an actuating surface for selectively disengaging the driving ratchet gears from the follower ratchet gears to control the driving direction of the shaft.
