  • Patent number: 7445287
Abstract: A seat device for a chair having a lumbar support or a seatback is provided. A lower portion of the lumbar support (or seatback) is formed as a shaft having an external teeth portion for positioning pin lugs of a base and fixed blocks. A movable block is joined with one of the fixed blocks. An elastic member is positioned between inner holes of the external teeth portion and an internal teeth portion of the movable block. The fixed blocks are secured by outer covers. A lifter is pivoted to the outer cover secured with the movable block. The lumbar support (or seatback) is separated into a plate including a ladder-type groove and sliders and a pad jointed with a board on the back having a latch member and sliding grooves. A pull bar extends from the board. The angle and height adjustable lumbar support (or seatback) is therefore achieved.

  • Publication number: 20080150048
Abstract: The manufacturing method of a nonvolatile memory and its structure is achieved by building a gate dielectric layer on a base. The gate dielectric contains at least two layers of different material layers. At least one hetero element is planted on the top of the gate dielectric layer so as to increase the electronic trap density. Then rebuild a new top material after removing the upmost layer of4terial. Finally, build a gate electrode layer on the gate dielectric layer and form source/drain electrodes at the bases of both sides of the gate dielectric layer. In this invention, with the planting of the hetero element, it will form traps in the gate dielectric layer that can catch electrons more easily. Thus, the electrons won't combine together with the increase of operation time. The storage time can be effectively extended and the problem of the combination of bites can be solved.

  • Patent number: 7334841
Abstract: A backrest of a chair has a recess for receiving an angle adjustable lumbar support. The lumbar support has a lower projection including a pair of cylindrical protrusions at both sides with resilient and metal gaskets put thereon, an outer gear formed around one of the pair of protrusions, and a through hole through the protrusions. A shaft assembly has inner teeth inserted into the through hole and secured by a washer and a elastic element. The lumbar support is secured to a plate of the chair, and the shaft assembly is movable on a sliding member by operating a lever of a manipulation assembly. Thus, the lumbar support is adjustable by manipulating the lever so as to cause the inner teeth to be disengaged from the gear. The lumber support is positioned by releasing the lever so as to cause the shaft assembly to force the gear and the inner teeth to be engaged together due to the expansion of the elastic element.

  • Patent number: 7294202
Abstract: Process for fabricating self-assembled nanoparticles on buffer layers without mask making and allowing for any degree of lattice mismatch; that is, binary, ternary or quaternary nanoparticles comprising Groups III-V, II-VI or IV-VI. The process includes a first step of applying a buffer layer, a second step of turning on the purge gas to modulate the first reactant to the lower first flow rate, then the second reactant is supplied to the buffer layer to form a metal-rich island on the buffer layer, and a third step of turning on purge gas again to modulate the first reactant to the higher second flow rate onto the buffer layer. On the metal-rich island is formed the nanoparticles of the binary, ternary or quaternary III-V, II-VI and IV-IV semiconductor material. This is then recrystallized under the first reactant flow at high temperature forming high quality nanoparticles.
