Patent number: 8756749Abstract: A windshield wiper adapter and windshield wiper assembly are disclosed. The windshield wiper adapter comprises a main body and a flexible buckling device. A front end of the main body has a notch that is downwardly recessed. The notch is used for snapping with a protrusion portion of a windshield wiper arm at an arbitrary angle. One end of the flexible buckling device is connected to a surface of the main body while another end is upwardly extended toward an upper side of the main body. The flexible buckling device is used for buckling a leaning side of a through hole of the windshield wiper arm. After the notch is coupled to the protrusion portion, the windshield wiper arm is rotated about a coupling portion therebetween, such that the flexible buckling device is propped by the leaning side of the through hole to firstly perform a deformation process.Type: GrantFiled: November 16, 2011Date of Patent: June 24, 2014Assignee: Unipoint Electric Mfg. Co., Ltd.Inventor: Ching-Chuan Chien

Publication number: 20130067675Abstract: A windshield wiper connector and windshield wiper connection assembly. The windshield wiper connector comprises a main body, a lodging device and a flexible fastening device. The lodging device is disposed to a rear of the main body to lodge with a barb portion at random angles. One end of the flexile fastening device is connected below a front of the main body while another end is an extending end upwardly extended toward an upper side of the main body. The flexible fastening device leans against a protruding portion. After the lodging device is hooked with the barb portion, the windshield wiper arm is rotated by taking a hooking portion as an axis so that the extending end propped by the protruding portion performs a deformation toward a direction being distant from the protruding portion. When the protruding portion crosses the extending end, the extending end is restored.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2011Publication date: March 21, 2013Applicant: Unipoint Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Inventor: Ching-Chuan Chien

Publication number: 20040045455Abstract: A method of laser-assisted pressing is used to adjust the pressing position with a laser projector and an impressible element while pressing an opaque object. The apparatus in this invention is characterized by a platform, a pressing unit with at least one press head, and at least one laser projector for projecting a laser beam to form a light area. The press head presses the impressible element to form a pressure mark indicating the pressing position. The light area is then adjusted to match the pressure mark. Finally, the relative positioning of the platform and the pressing unit is adjusted to match the light area with the area to be pressed. Thus the pressing position will be accurate in the pressing process.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 4, 2003Publication date: March 11, 2004Inventor: Ching-Chuan Chien
