    Abstract: A handleless cutting and paring tool for fruits and vegetables comprising a handleless oblong plate-like body with a slightly concave cross section configuration, means for slitting and paring member provided at one end of the body, a sectorial portion for peeling and scooping provided at another end of the body, and a longitudinal central paring slot formed at the substantial central portion of the body and a side cutting blade means with an indented edge formed on the side of said body. With such arrangement, the cutting and paring means as disclosed has multiple functions and may be used to cut, slash, slit, scoop, pare and peel various fruits and vegetables with cutleries of different shapes and different angles without hurting the edible portion of pulp of the fruits or vegetables under preparation.
