Abstract: Interconnect structure packages (e.g., through silicon vias (TSV) packages, through interlayer via (TIV) packages) may be pre-manufactured as opposed to forming TIVs directly on a carrier substrate during a manufacturing process for a semiconductor die package at backend packaging facility. The interconnect structure packages may be placed onto a carrier substrate during manufacturing of a semiconductor device package, and a semiconductor die package may be placed on the carrier substrate adjacent to the interconnect structure packages. A molding compound layer may be formed around and in between the interconnect structure packages and the semiconductor die package.

Abstract: A base station and an adjustment method for data transmission are provided. User equipment is selectively connected to two base stations at the same time. In the method, a remaining load amount is determined. A load demand amount required for a to-be-transmitted data bearer in the data bearer is determined. It is determined that a portion of the data packets corresponding to the to-be-transmitted data bearer is split, according to a comparison result between the remaining load amount and the load demand amount, to the second base station for transmission. A transmission ratio of the data packets split to the base station to those split to the second base station is determined according to a ratio of packet loss of the base station to the second base station. Accordingly, electric power of the user equipment can be saved, data loss can be reduced, and data can be converged effectively.

Abstract: A base station and an adjustment method for data transmission are provided. User equipment is selectively connected to two base stations at the same time. Abstract: Methods and apparatuses of mitigating interference in a heterogeneous network using an inter-cell interference coordination are provided. An interference control server assigns, for each of the UE groups, a set of almost blank subframes (ABS) or non-preferred sub-bands specific to the corresponding one of the UE groups based on the UE group interference relationship and a resource demand for each of the UE groups. A base station assigns a plurality of sets of ABS (or non-preferred sub-bands) to reuse time-domain (or frequency-domain) resources.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses of mitigating interference in a heterogeneous network using an inter-cell interference coordination are provided. An interference control server assigns, for each of the UE groups, a set of almost blank subframes (ABS) or non-preferred sub-bands specific to the corresponding one of the UE groups based on the UE group interference relationship and a resource demand for each of the UE groups. Abstract: A wireless communication system, a routing method for a packet switched service, and a Femto AP (FAP) using the routing method are provided. The wireless communication system may include a core network, a broadband IP network, a FAP and at least a user equipment (UE). The UE connects the core network through the FAP and the broadband IP network. The routing method is as follows. The FAP may evaluate a request of the packet switched service sent by the UE, and may reply an accept message to the UE. The accept message may include a FAP address. The UE may use the FAP address to send a packet switching data to the FAP in order to obtain the packet switched service. The FAP may directly conduct the packet switched service with a packet switched service supply end through the broadband IP network without routing through the core network.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus applicable to an interface between PSTN and PTN for telephone routing. The interface includes a branch switch, a key system, a network branch switch, and media gateway, etc. The telephone routing method and apparatus of the present invention creates, maintains, and utilizes a call-back routing table to enable a specified PSTN user to call the callback external leased line to reach a specified PTN user in a one-stage dialing manner. The process of one-stage dialing includes PTN call origination to PSTN, PSTN call origination to PTN, and callback tag insertion in the call-back routing table. The call-back routing table consists of a plurality of call-back tags. Each call-back tag consists of at least a data triple, i.e. PTN user identifier, PSTN called party telephone number, and callback leased line identifier.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus applicable to an interface between PSTN and PTN for telephone routing. The interface includes a branch switch, a key system, a network branch switch, and media gateway, etc. The telephone routing method and apparatus of the present invention creates, maintains, and utilizes a call-back routing table to enable a specified PSTN user to call the callback external leased line to reach a specified PTN user in a one-stage dialing manner.
