    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for improving transmittance of flat or curved liquid crystal display panel. The method includes the following steps. (1) A substrate is manufactured according to the BPS technology. The substrate includes an array substrate and a CF substrate. A spacer and a black matrix are provided on a side of the array substrate and a transparent conductive electrode film is provided on a side of the CF substrate. (2) Marks are engraved on designated positions of the CF substrate by means of a laser and the CF substrate is aligned with the marks on a platform of a UV2A exposure machine. (3) Tracking lines are engraved on the transparent conductive electrode film and a region bounded by the tracking lines is aligned with a light-shielding region of a gate line or a light-shielding region of a data line on the side of the array substrate. (4) The substrate is exposed to light and a mask is used to track the tracking lines.

    Abstract: An impact spinning hand tool includes a hollow body, a first lever and a first elastic member. The hollow body includes a first position-limiting structure. The first lever includes a driving end exposed outside the hollow body, a spinning structure and a forcing end contained in the hollow body. The forcing end has a second position-limiting structure that is detachably limited by the first position-limiting structure. The first elastic member is pushed against the forcing end and the first position-limiting structure through two ends thereof. The first lever is located at a first position and presses the first elastic member to store an elastic restoring force when being connected with the hollow body. When the second position-limiting structure is released, the elastic restoring force drives the first lever to move to a second position so as to allow the spinning structure to perform an impact spinning action.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a magnetic random access memory (MRAM) cell includes the following steps. A magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) film stack is formed on an insulation layer. An aluminum mask layer is formed on the MTJ film stack. A hard mask layer is formed on the aluminum mask layer. An ion beam etching (IBE) process is performed with the aluminum mask layer and the hard mask layer as a mask. The MTJ film stack is patterned to be a patterned MTJ film stack by the IBE process, and at least apart of the aluminum mask layer is bombarded by the IBE process for forming an aluminum film on a sidewall of the patterned MTJ film stack. An oxidation treatment is performed, and the aluminum film is oxidized to be an aluminum oxide protection layer on the sidewall of the patterned MTJ film stack by the oxidation treatment.

The electronic structure includes at least one torque sensor and a display unit. When correcting the torque value of the mechanical structure, a force is applied to the wrench and the torque sensor detects the trip torque value of the wrench. The torque value of the mechanical structure is adjusted to match the torque value detected by the torque sensor so as to eliminate the error of the torque value of the mechanical structure.
