Abstract: The invention introduces an apparatus for transmitting files through networks, at least including a processing unit and a communications interface. The processing unit determines whether a real-time network situation is favorable; determines a first protocol over Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) to carry out a file upload or download task if the real-time network situation is favorable; determines a second protocol over User Datagram Protocol (UDP) to carry out the file upload or download task if the real-time network situation is not favorable; and sends or receives data fragments via the communications interface to or from a storage server using the determined protocol.

Abstract: A method for performing file synchronization control includes: generating and storing metadata of a plurality of files into a storage module of the electronic device, where file contents of the plurality of files are stored in at least one server, the electronic device and the server communicate with each other through at least one network, and the metadata include access rules corresponding to the plurality of files to indicate whether a user of the electronic device has permissions to perform file operations on the plurality of files; and according to the metadata of the plurality of files, controlling file synchronization between the electronic device and the server to update a synchronization file set within the electronic device. An associated apparatus performs the method.

Abstract: A method for cross-platform synchronizing attributes of files is provided. According to the method, a file attribute structure adopted by a first file system of a first computer system is expanded from a first file attribute structure to an integrated file attribute structure. Data of attributes of files of the first computer system under the integrated file attribute structure are gathered and uploaded to a server. A second computer system updates attributes of files of a second file system of the second computer system based on the data of the attributes of the first computer system, which is received from the server.

Additionally, the game can also include a set of "lucky" or trump tiles that only include an icon, a die, a set of rulers for including the scoring values and aid in counting the tiles, and a chips for keeping score. The game includes 112 tiles, of the 112 tiles 36 tiles of one suit, meaning that these 36 tiles have similar icons, with four identical groups of nine tiles each, another 36 of the tiles is also made up of four identical groups of nine tiles of the same suit, and a third group of 36 tiles is four identical groups of nine tiles of the same suit. The balance, or four tiles, is made up of "lucky" or trump tiles.
