    Abstract: A ballbar testing tune-up method for machine tool includes the steps of letting a machine tool system execute a ballbar test; obtaining a phase characteristic and a peak-value characteristic; creating a Lagrange interpolation polynomial and inputting a servo controller parameter, a phase characteristic and a peak-value characteristic of the machine tool system each time when executing the ballbar test, and obtaining a proposed servo parameter. This method is simple and easy without incurring additional equipment costs, but just using existing equipment to find the proposed servo parameter quickly and input it into a machine tool system, so as to improve the response issue of a servo system and reduce manufacturing contour error to enhance the working precision of the machine tool system.

The scan control line driving module includes a first grade scan control line driving unit for receiving a first timing sequence control signal outputted by a timing sequence controller and for outputting a first grade scan signal to a panel display module and a second grade scan control line driving unit. The second grade scan control line driving unit receives a second timing sequence control signal from the timing sequence controller and the first grade scan signal from the first grade scan control line driving unit. The second grade scan control line driving unit outputs a second grade scan signal to the panel display module and a scan control line driving unit of the next grade. Each scan control line driving unit includes only two control input ends to save the space for wires.

    Abstract: An operation monitor device for a hardware component detects a load current that is changed due to the operation of the hardware component through a pulse width modulation (PWM) module; thereby generating a voltage variation. A monitoring unit outputs a detecting result to a system by detecting the voltage variation and generates a modulating signal in response to a monitor signal fed back by the system according to the detecting result, such that a controller generates a reference voltage variation according to the modulating signal. In this way, the load current changes as the load of the hardware component increases, such that the controller changes the generated reference voltage and further modulates the output voltage supplied to the hardware component by the PWM module, thus meeting the execution state of the hardware component and improving performance.
