Abstract: The present application provides a graphics card expansion device. The graphics card expansion device includes a main chassis and an expansion chassis. The expansion chassis comprises: at least one graphics card storage box, the at least one graphics card storage box is equipped with at least one graphics card; at least one second power source, the at least second power source provides power to at least one graphics card in the at least one graphics card storage box; at least one adapter card, the at least one graphics card storage box communicates with the motherboard in the main box through the at least one adapter card.

The housing includes a front panel, a rear panel, a top panel, and side panels. The top panel and the side panels are detachably installed respectively on top and both sides of the front and rear panels. The top expansion frame is installed on top of the front and rear panels to expand an accommodating space at a top portion of the housing. The side expansion frames are installed on both sides of the front and rear panels and used to expand an accommodating space on both sides of the housing. The top expansion frame has a same cross-sectional shape as the top portion of the housing, and the side expansion frame has a same cross-sectional shape as a side of the housing.

Abstract: An arrangement to guarantee boot up of a computer includes a control center microchip with BIOS boot block and BIOS program, and a flash memory divided into a first protected block, a main block, and a second protected block. In the computer, an embedded controller (EC) with stored modules is electrically connected to the flash memory and the control center microchip. The modules include a determining module to check that the code of the first protected block is identical with the code of the second protected block and a recovery module able to reinstate correct code from the second protected block into the first protected block if required. A method applied to the disclosed computer startup detection system is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fixing device for fixing an external electronic component on a motherboard in a chassis. The fixing device includes a fixing block and a telescopic block. The fixing block is fixed on the chassis. One end of the telescopic block is slidably mounted in the fixing block, the other end protrudes from the fixing block and holds the electronic component. A chassis including the above-described fixing device to hold electronic components of different sizes is also provided.

If the second control unit receives the detection signal before the first control unit, the second control unit controls the magnetic head on the mechanical hard disk to reset from the working position to the original position.
