    Abstract: A system and method for determining clearance between a fabrication tool and a workpiece is provided. In an exemplary embodiment, the method includes receiving a substrate within a tool such that a gap is defined there between. A transducer disposed on a bottom surface of the substrate opposite the gap provides an acoustic signal that is conducted through the substrate. The transducer also receives a first echo from a top surface of the substrate that defines the gap and a second echo from a bottom surface of the tool that further defines the gap. A width of the gap is measured based on the first echo and the second echo. In some embodiments, the bottom surface of the tool is a bottom surface of a nozzle, and the nozzle provides a liquid or a gas in the gap while the transducer is receiving the first and second echoes.

Furthermore, the network apparatus may be logged in by a temporal account password, so that the user can set the network apparatus or search the original management network address of the network apparatus. When the mode switch condition is off, the network apparatus is switched back to the operation mode so as to perform its original functions without resetting the network apparatus.

    Abstract: An antenna detection system for detecting an antenna under test is provided. The antenna detection system includes a network analyzer and a test device. The test device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate parallel to the first substrate and carrying the antenna under test removably; and a standard antenna fixedly disposed on the first substrate to receive a test signal from a first port of the network analyzer and send a radiation signal according to the test signal. The antenna under test receives the radiation signal and sends a to-be-measured signal to a second port of the network analyzer. The network analyzer obtains a parameter according to the test signal and the to-be-measured signal and compares the parameter with a theoretical value calculated according to an operating frequency corresponding to the antenna under test and a constant interval to output a detection result of the antenna under test.

    Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes a plug insulated housing which is integrally formed and plug terminals. A transition segment connected between first and second contact portions of each plug terminal allows the first contact portion to be in contact with and arranged substantially parallel to the second contact portion, so that connectors with reduced width can be manufactured. In addition, the shaping space between a first recessed portion and a second recessed portion of each plug terminal receive materials for forming the plug insulated housing, thus improving the structural strength of the connector. Moreover, embedded ends allow the plug terminals to be secured with the plug bottom wall, so that the plug terminals would not detach from the plug insulated housing easily during manufacturing or operation. The structural strength of the electrical plug connector can be improved, and the plug terminals can be properly assembled with the plug insulated housing.

Based on a supporting arm of a first side arm of the receptacle terminal, when the plug terminal is abutted against the first side arm, the supporting arm is abutted against an abutting surface of the electrical receptacle connector for supporting the first side arm and improving the structural strength of the first side arm. Therefore, the first side arm can be prevented from being deformed or broken.
