    Abstract: A structural steel member connecting assembly includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member. The first connecting member is pivotally connected to a positioning portion of a first structural steel member and therefore can be swung. The second connecting member is pivotally connected to the first connecting member such that the two connecting members are rotatable with respect to each other. The second connecting member has a fixing portion coupled with a second structural steel member such that the longitudinal directions of the two structural steel members intersect. With the second connecting member rotatable with respect to the first connecting member, the installation angles of the two structural steel members can be easily changed in order to make a stable engineering structure. The structural steel member connecting assembly features convenience of, and flexibility in, use and has extensive applications.

    Abstract: A pulse measurement device is provided, including a first signal source, a second signal source, two microwave resonators, two mixers, and a signal processing unit. The first signal source and the second signal source output a first high-frequency signal and a second high-frequency signal, respectively. Each of the microwave resonators generates an electric field according to the first high-frequency signal, and senses a variation in the electric field which is interfered by a pulse to obtain a sensing signal. Each of the mixers is coupled to one of the microwave resonators, to mix the sensing signal and the second high-frequency signal to output a down-converted signal. The signal processing unit respectively demodulates amplitudes of the down-converted signals of the two mixers to obtain amplitude signals.

    Abstract: A section-steel joint serves to fasten a section steel cross beam and a steel beam together. The section-steel joint includes an upright plate, two opposite support portions, and a connecting portion. The two support portions are separated from each other and integratedly connected to the upright plate so that a positioning groove is defined by the two support portions and the upright plate for positioning the section steel cross beam. The connecting portion is located on one side of the positioning groove for positioning the steel beam. With the specially designed positioning groove and connecting portion, the section-steel joint allows the section steel cross beam and the steel beam to be positioned fast, and then fasteners can be used to fix all the components together, thereby making the assembling work more convenient.

    Abstract: A microwave flowmeter and a flow rate measurement method are provided. The microwave flowmeter includes a transmitting circuit, a detecting circuit, and a computing unit. The transmitting circuit includes a substrate, a plurality of resonator elements, and a transmission line. Two ends of the transmission line receive high frequency electric feedings, so that the resonator elements separately generate corresponding microwaves and each of the microwaves has at least one resonant frequency. The detecting circuit detects offsets of the corresponding resonant frequencies that are caused when a fluid flows through the resonator elements, and records times at which the offsets happen. The computing unit is electrically connected to the detecting circuit, and computes a flow rate of the fluid according to the times at which the offsets happen of the resonant frequencies and locations that are of the resonator elements and that correspond to a flow path.
