  • Patent number: 11520352
Abstract: A golf course route guiding system includes a controller disposed on a vehicle and having a memory module, a positioning module, and a processing module. The memory module stores a field information of a golf course and a plurality of movement zones set corresponding to the field information. Each movement zone has a route range. The positioning module provides a location signal indicating a current location of the vehicle. The processing module receives the location signal and determines the movement zone in which the vehicle is located, and assigns a route range set in the corresponding movement zone, which is sent to the processing module, so that the processing module limits the vehicle to move in the assigned route range. When the vehicle enters another movement zone, the processing module reassigns a route range, achieving a dynamic route adjustment function.

  • Patent number: 11383701
Abstract: An obstacle avoiding guidance system includes a processing device and a guidance device. The processing device sets a movement range in a certain field. The guidance device is disposed on a vehicle and has a detection module, a positioning module, and a calculation module. The detection module detects the current position of the user. The positioning module detects the current position of the vehicle and generates a position signal. The calculation module compares the position signal with the movement range for controlling the vehicle to follow the user in the movement range. Therefore, the vehicle is prevented from entering an improper area and able to effectively follow the user.

  • Patent number: 10852722
Abstract: A following operation system includes a target device and a vehicle body. A control module of the vehicle body is connected with the target device and sends out a first signal. The control module controls the vehicle body to move in a manual or following mode according to a switch signal from the target device. In the manual mode, the user imposes an external force to move the vehicle body. In the following mode, the control module generates a movement signal according to the signal sent back by the target device, whereby vehicle body follows the target device according to the movement signal. When the target device leaves the communication range of the control module, the control module stops the vehicle body and sends out a reminder signal. Therefore, the movement method of the vehicle body is adjustable, and a reminder function is provided.

  • Publication number: 20060148383
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting a presence of blobs on a specimen are provided. One method may include scanning measurement spots across a specimen during polishing of the specimen. The method may also include determining if the blobs are present on the specimen at the measurement spots. Each of the blobs may include unwanted material disposed upon a contiguous portion of the measurement spots. In some instances, the blobs may include copper. In some embodiments, scanning the measurement spots may include measuring an optical property and/or an electrical property of the specimen at the measurement spots. Another embodiment includes dynamically determining a signal threshold distinguishing a presence of the blobs from an absence of the blobs. An additional embodiment includes determining an endpoint of polishing if, for example, blobs are not determined to be present on the specimen.

  • Publication number: 20060131273
Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring a parameter of a measurement device during polishing, damage to a specimen during polishing, a characteristic of a polishing pad, or a characteristic of a polishing tool are provided. One method includes scanning a specimen with a measurement device during polishing of a specimen to generate output signals at measurement spots on the specimen. The method also includes determining if the output signals are outside of a range of output signals. Output signals outside of the range may indicate that a parameter of the measurement device is out of control limits. In a different embodiment, output signals outside of the range may indicate damage to the specimen. Another method includes scanning a polishing pad with a measurement device to generate output signals at measurement spots on the polishing pad. The method also includes determining a characteristic of the polishing pad from the output signals.
