    Abstract: A multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna system includes multiple antennas, a ground part and an isolating part. The isolating part is disposed between each two adjacent antennas. The isolating part is electrically connected to the ground part. A distance exists between an end of the antenna and an end of the isolating part. A circuit board applying the MIMO antenna system is also disclosed. Since the isolating part is disposed between each two adjacent antennas, signal interference between the antennas can be prevented, and the MIMO antenna system and the circuit board applying the same have better isolation.

Moreover, an automatic return to the lowest position is achieved as well in reaching the highest position. It is done without any tools or control buttons and fulfills the requirements on the user-friendly operation and a practical use. An inspection control wafer is provided comprising a polysilicon layer overlying an oxide layer on the surface of a semiconductor substrate wherein the polysilicon layer does not cover the oxide layer for a first distance from the edge of the wafer. The inspection control wafer is entered into the wafer transfer system wherein the wafer is transferred to a spin-on-glass etchback chamber wherein the wafer is held by clamps which extend a second distance from the edge of the wafer and wherein there is designed an overlap difference between the first and second distances. The wafer is subjected to a spin-on-glass etchback step and then inspected for damage to the oxide layer. Oxide layer damage occurs if the second distance is less than the first distance by more than the overlap difference. Oxide layer damage indicates the need to recalibrate the wafer transfer system.

    Abstract: A heat-radiating device including a heat-radiator and a heat conductive rod for contacting with a heat source. The heat-radiator is composed of a heat conductive pipe body integrally formed by extrusion, a heat conductive column co-axially extending in the heat conductive pipe body and multiple heat-radiating vanes radially arranged between an outer periphery of the heat conductive column and an inner periphery of the heat conductive pipe body. The heat conductive rod is connected with the heat conductive column, whereby the column absorbs the heat conducted by the heat conductive rod from the heat source and the heat is spread from the center of the heat conductive column. The distance is shortest so that the heat can be quickly and evenly conducted to the respective vanes and the heat conductive pipe body and then quickly dissipated due to natural convection of air or forced convection by a fan.
