Patent number: 11944412Abstract: A blood pressure detection device manufactured by a semiconductor process includes a substrate, a microelectromechanical element, a gas-pressure-sensing element, a driving-chip element, an encapsulation layer and a valve layer. The substrate includes inlet apertures. The microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element are stacked and integrally formed on the substrate. The encapsulation layer is encapsulated and positioned on the substrate. A flowing-channel space is formed above the microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element. The encapsulation layer includes an outlet aperture in communication with an airbag. The driving-chip element controls the microelectromechanical element, the gas-pressure-sensing element and valve units to transport gas.Type: GrantFiled: June 2, 2021Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: MICROJET TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.Inventors: Hao-Jan Mou, Ying-Lun Chang, Ching-Sung Lin, Chi-Feng Huang, Yung-Lung Han, Chang-Yen Tsai, Wei-Ming Lee, Chun-Yi Kuo, Tsung-I Lin

Patent number: 11930174Abstract: A method and apparatus for block partition are disclosed. If a cross-colour component prediction mode is allowed, the luma block and the chroma block are partitioned into one or more luma leaf blocks and chroma leaf blocks. If a cross-colour component prediction mode is allowed, whether to enable an LM (Linear Model) mode for a target chroma leaf block is determined based on a first split type applied to an ancestor chroma node of the target chroma leaf block and a second split type applied to a corresponding ancestor luma node. According to another method, after the luma block and the chroma block are partitioned using different partition tress, determine whether one or more exception conditions to allow an LM for a target chroma leaf block are satisfied when the chroma partition tree uses a different split type, a different partition direction, or both from the luma partition tree.Type: GrantFiled: December 30, 2019Date of Patent: March 12, 2024Assignee: HFI INNOVATION INC.Inventors: Chia-Ming Tsai, Tzu-Der Chuang, Chih-Wei Hsu, Ching-Yeh Chen, Zhi-Yi Lin

Publication number: 20240071954Abstract: A memory device including a base semiconductor die, conductive terminals, memory dies, an insulating encapsulation and a buffer cap is provided. The conductive terminals are disposed on a first surface of the base semiconductor die. The memory dies are stacked over a second surface of the base semiconductor die, and the second surface of the base semiconductor die is opposite to the first surface of the base semiconductor die. The insulating encapsulation is disposed on the second surface of the base semiconductor die and laterally encapsulates the memory dies. The buffer cap covers the first surface of the base semiconductor die, sidewalls of the base semiconductor die and sidewalls of the insulating encapsulation. A package structure including the above-mentioned memory device is also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Applicant: Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd.Inventors: Kai-Ming Chiang, Chao-wei Li, Wei-Lun Tsai, Chia-Min Lin, Yi-Da Tsai, Sheng-Feng Weng, Yu-Hao Chen, Sheng-Hsiang Chiu, Chih-Wei Lin, Ching-Hua Hsieh

Patent number: 10666676Abstract: Targeted email attacks are detected using feature combinations of known abnormal emails, interflow shapes formed by an email with other emails, or both. An email received in an endpoint computer system is scanned to identify abnormal features indicative of a targeted email attack and the abnormal features of the email are checked against abnormal feature combinations. The email can also be scanned to identify an interflow shape formed by the email with other emails and the interflow shape is checked against interflow shapes of known targeted email attacks.Type: GrantFiled: August 18, 2014Date of Patent: May 26, 2020Assignee: Trend Micro IncorporatedInventors: Ching-Cheng Hsu, Hsun-Jen Hsu, I-Ting Lien, Cheng-Han Lin, Ching-Ming Lin, Yin-Liang Wang, Cheng-Han Wu

Patent number: 9192213Abstract: A cane includes a tube, an extension rod telescopically mounted within one end of the tube, and a control mechanism sandwiched between the tube and the extension rod. The tube defines a first aperture and a second aperture. The extension rod defines a plurality of holes. The control mechanism is movable among a first position where the control mechanism is positioned in a selected one of the holes in the extension rod, and the tube, the extension rod and the control mechanism are prohibited from moving axially with respect to one another; a second position where the extension rod and the control mechanism together are allowed to move axially with respect to the tube; and a third position where the extension rod is allowed to move axially with respect to the control mechanism and the tube.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2013Date of Patent: November 24, 2015Assignees: FOOTWEAR & RECREATION TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTEInventors: Ching-Ming Lin, Szu-Yuan Huang, Yu-Zen Tseng, Yu-Ju Chen
