    Abstract: A jack is provided which includes a vertical lift rod which is disposed within a tubular housing and has a male thread formed on its longitudinal body. Two guide blocks are included with each having a recess with a half female thread formed therein, the two blocks together forming a complete female thread to engage or disengage from the male thread of the lift rod. The lift rod can be lifted up by its rotation within the female thread, when the lift rod is rotated by a handle connected with a worm engaging a worm gear. The worm gear has two keys formed on its inner wall for receipt within two respective longitudinal slots of the lift rod for engagement thereof. The lift rod can be rapidly lowered by displacement of the two guide blocks away from engagement with the lift rod. A rack and pinion arrangement is provided for displacement of the guide blocks responsive to rotation of a handle coupled to the pinion.

    Abstract: A collapsible recuperating walker having a seat frame, a standing frame, collapsing units and two brake units. Each collapsible unit consisting of bendable tube joints connected in intermediate portions of upper horizontal tubes and lower horizontal tubes of the seat frame and the standing frame. The collapsible units are capable of being folded so as to make the recuperating walker collapsible to a smaller dimension for transportation or storage. The brake units are used to break the casters and are provided below the standing frame.

    Abstract: A collapsible tent frame has two pole position bases and a plurality of reverse U-shaped frame units to combine with the pole position bases to support a tent roof cloth. Each frame unit consists of two main frame poles having their lower ends screwed with the position bases to stand in radiant direction, and a vertical extension pole connected with a main frame pole at one end and with a horizontal extension pole at the other end with a collapsible hinge to form a reverse U-shaped frame unit. After all frame units are assembled with the position bases, two position ropes can be inserted through each frame unit firmly to keep all the frame units spaced apart from each other at a proper distance. Two sustaining bases are provided to sustain the outer-most frame unit pulled upward to form an entrance for this tent.
