  • Publication number: 20020167237
Abstract: A fixing stricture of a miniature vibration motor includes a circuit board having a sensor, a conducting line, conducting connecting points, and a shaft hole. The conducting connecting point on the circuit board is soldered to the line connecting point of the seat plate, so that the circuit board is fixed and combined on the seat plate. A pivot shaft in turn passes through the shaft hole of the housing, the shaft hole of the rotor, and is positioned in the shaft hole of the circuit board. The rotor has a permanent magnet induced with the poles of the stator seat. The stator seat is wound with a coil, and is connected to the conducting line of the circuit board by a drawing wire. • Publication number: 20020163264
Abstract: A miniature vibration motor structure includes an upper plate and a lower plate each having a seat hole for receiving each of two ends of a shaft column in a non-tight fit manner. The shaft column passes through the shaft hole of the bearing of the rotor in a loose fit manner. The annular permanent magnet is integrally formed on an outer periphery of the bearing. Thus, when the rotor is rotated, the center of gravity and the center of rotation of the rotor are not at the same central line. The stator seat wound with a coil has poles which may be induced with the permanent magnet of the rotor, so as to drive the rotor to rotate.

  • Publication number: 20020163265
Abstract: A miniature vibration motor structure includes a housing having a hole for receiving and positioning one end of a shaft whose other end is positioned in a fixing plate. A rotor includes a bearing integrally combined with an annular permanent magnet. The bearing of the rotor is supported and rotated on the shaft. The bearing or the annular permanent magnet is provided with a recess or protruding block, so that the center of gravity and the center of rotation of the rotor are not in concert with each other. A stator seat is wound with a coil and has a power inlet for supplying an electric power into the stator seat. The stator seat has poles which may be induced with the permanent magnet of the rotor.
