  • Patent number: 7136021
Abstract: A ceramic chip antenna for transmitting and receiving wireless signals. The antenna includes a substrate and a conductor. The substrate is made of sintered ceramic material with a low dielectric loss and a high dielectric constant. A pair of concavities is cut from both longitudinal ends of the substrate. The conductor is made of metal with a high Q factor as well as a good anti-oxidization property, being formed on surfaces of the substrate by means of mask etching or printing technology. The conductor has a circuit portion disposed on surfaces of the substrate in a meandered or helical manner, and two conducting electrodes disposed at the two concavities of the substrate and connected by the circuit portion.

  • Publication number: 20060232493
Abstract: A circular-polarization dipole helical antenna is used for electronic device and satellite terminal and includes a base, and an antenna conductor arranged on surface of the base. The antenna conductor includes a plurality of metal conductors with high Q value and anti-oxidation property and continuously and helically coated on surface of the base. The base is made of low loss and high dielectric constant material. An unbalance-to-balance circuit module connects two signal-feeding ends to the base with phase difference of 180 degree. The problems of narrow bandwidth, low efficiency, complicated structure and precise manufacture can be solved.

  • Publication number: 20060232475
Abstract: A dual-band strip antenna supporting left-hand circular polarization and right-hand circular polarization includes at least a first base and a second base stacked to each other, an antenna conductor coated between the two bases, and a feeder connected to the antenna conductor through indirect capacitor coupling. The antenna conductor includes a bottom metal layer coated on the bottom of the first base through pattern defining and functioned as a bottom ground conductor; a second metal layer coated on a surface of the first base through pattern defining, the second metal layer functioned as low-frequency band antenna and a bottom ground electrode of the second base; a top metal layer coated on a surface of the second base through pattern defining, the top metal layer functioned as high-frequency band antenna. The dual-band strip antenna of the present invention overcomes the problem of necessity of switch, low efficient and high cost.
