  • Publication number: 20240120317
Abstract: A fan-out semiconductor device includes stacked semiconductor dies having die bond pads arranged in columns exposed at a sidewall of the stacked semiconductor dies. The stacked dies are encapsulated in a photo imageable dielectric (PID) material, which is developed to form through-hole cavities that expose the columns of bond pads of each die at the sidewall. The through-hole cavities are plated or filled with an electrical conductor to form conductive through-holes coupling die bond pads within the columns to each other.

  • Patent number: 8371480
Abstract: A container includes a housing, a container body mounted in the housing and having an inner portion provided with a receiving chamber and a pusher movably mounted in the receiving chamber and having a surface provided with an outlet hole connected to the receiving chamber. The receiving chamber has a bottom wall provided with a stop portion. The pusher has a bottom wall provided with a pressing portion that is movable to closely abut the stop portion. Thus, the pressing portion can be moved to closely abut the stop portion so as to completely squeeze the cosmetic filling outwardly from the outlet hole and to prevent part of the cosmetic filling from being left in the receiving chamber so that the user can use the cosmetic filling to the maximum extent.

  • Publication number: 20120103986
Abstract: A powder container includes a container body, a fixed disk mounted on the container body, an adjusting disk rotatably mounted on the fixed disk, and a cover mounted on the container body to cover the adjusting disk and the fixed disk. The container body has an inner portion provided with a receiving chamber. The fixed disk has a bottom wall provided with a plurality of connecting holes each connected to the receiving chamber. The adjusting disk has a bottom wall provided with a plurality of connecting apertures that are movable to align with the connecting holes of the fixed disk. Thus, the powder in the container body is allowed to pour outward from the adjusting disk by rotation of the adjusting disk relative to the fixed disk so that the user's hand will not touch the powder directly.

  • Patent number: 7100917
Abstract: A magic cube includes a larger cubic block formed by a plurality of smaller cubic blocks. The larger cubic block has six larger faces each having nine smaller faces, wherein a central one of the nine smaller faces is indicated by a circular pointed marking ranged from 1 (one) to 6 (six) point, and the other ones of the nine smaller faces is indicated by an Arabic numeral ranged from 1 (one) to 48 (forty-eight). Thus, all of the Arabic numerals are arranged in an irregular manner, and all of the circular pointed markings are located at the central position of each of the six relatively larger faces.
