  • Publication number: 20160339603
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for splitting circles, and the method is mainly applied to a wafer of semiconductors. A plurality of splitting blades are disposed above the wafer, and conditions and steps are set for switching the plurality of splitting blades based on a safe distance value set at an outer edge of a wafer or a safe distance value set at an inner edge of a metal ring. Accordingly, the plurality of splitting blades are prevented from cutting an outer frame during splitting and failing to complete actions of splitting wafers. The method has an advantage of efficiency of enhancing a production capacity yield rate.

  • Publication number: 20160082548
Abstract: The present invention relates to a laser beam splitting and angle adjusting device. The device comprises a design of a multibeam module disposed between a plurality of laser units and a refractor to allow light beams emitted out from the plurality of laser units being modulated by the multibeam module so as to perform scan photolithography on photomask patterns. Different cutting purposes can be achieved through adjusting an arrangement of light beams in order to accomplish effects including deepening depths of cutting, and adjusting or controlling a size of groove widths of groove cutting, and so on.

  • Publication number: 20160031037
Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved laser structure comprising a laser generation module and an optical component. The laser generation module outputs laser beams to the optical component. A composite substrate to be cut comprises at least two board layers of different materials, and an upper surface of each of the at least two board layers is a cutting starting point of the each of the at least two board layers. The optical component is used to transform the laser beams to laser beams having at least two focal depths so as to be respectively focused on the upper surface of the each of the at least two board layers mentioned above, and to achieve effect of enhancing cutting efficiency of the composite substrate.

  • Publication number: 20070048149
Abstract: An oil suction pump has an air outlet normally closed by a valve controlled via a compression spring, and the valve may be pushed backward by flowing air to open the air outlet. Therefore, the oil suction pump may be connected to an air compressor or to a manual air pump to obtain flowing air to push backward the valve and thereby open the air outlet and vacuumize a container connected to the oil suction pump for sucking oil into the container. A user may freely select to operate the oil suction pump via the air compressor or the manual air pump depending on actual need.

  • Patent number: 7007936
Abstract: A spring clamp has an elastically operable locating mechanism provided between two handles of the spring clamp, so that the two handles may instantaneously enter into a firmly braked position when the spring clamp clamps work pieces thereto, and immediately released from the braked position when a push button of the locating mechanism is pushed. The spring clamp with the elastically operable locating mechanism is more convenient for use without the risk of unexpectedly loosening from work pieces clamped thereto.

  • Patent number: 6978986
Abstract: A clamping device has a transmission mechanism that includes upper and lower oblique cavities respectively provided above and below a scaled rod of the clamping device; a steel ball and a compression spring are sequentially positioned in each of the two oblique cavities, so that the steel balls are normally pushed forward by the compression springs to firmly contact with an inner front surface of the cavities, as well as upper and lower sides of the scaled rod, allowing the scaled rod to move rearward only when an operating handle of the clamping device is pivotally pulled. The steel ball in the lower cavity may be pushed backward to separate from the lower side of the scaled rod when a push button located in front of the lower cavity is pushed, so that the scaled rod is allowed to move forward.

  • Patent number: 6736603
Abstract: An oil suction pump includes a push switch, a shaft vertically located below the push switch, and a float arm horizontally located below the shaft. A hooked lower end of the shaft is adapted to detachably engage with a hooked first end of the float arm and thereby holds the shaft in a fixed position when the push switch is depressed. A second end of the float arm is pivotally connected to a float that ascends when the oil sucked into a container connected to the oil suction pump reaches a predetermined level and thereby causes the first end to descend and disengage from the hooked lower end of the shaft, allowing the latter to move upward into an original position and automatically close an air inlet valve of the oil suction pump.

  • Patent number: 6719155
Abstract: A magnetic tool rack includes a magnet container that is internally divided into several compartments for separately holding small-size intense magnets therein and has two covers attached to upper and lower sides thereof, giving the whole rack an integral appearance. The magnetic tool rack may be mounted to a wall via brackets fixed to the magnet container at predetermined positions for magnetically holding different hand tools. The magnet container is made of a plastic material through integral injection molding to show one or more colors, and designs and patterns may be printed on a front side of the magnet container to create changes in the appearance of the rack.

  • Patent number: 6648246
Abstract: A trigger structure for spray gun includes horizontally and rearward extended upper and lower driving shaft adapted to movably engage with upper and lower channels, respectively, formed on a front handle of the spray gun when the trigger structure is assembled to the spray gun. The lower driving shaft forms a supporting point of the trigger structure on the spray gun and defines a suitable travel for the trigger structure, so that a user's finger operating the trigger structure would not contact with a front projection on the front handle when the trigger structure is moved to a rear dead point of its travel.
