    Abstract: An exercise-cord anchored device is used to detachably secure an anchoring end of an elastic cord, and includes an anchored mount, a biasing member, and a tubular insert. The anchored mount has an inner tubular wall defining an insert opening and having an inserting route, a seat, and a rest wall. The biasing member is disposed in the insert opening. The tubular insert is coupled to the elastic cord, is insertable into the insert opening and is manually movable against the biasing force of the biasing member, and has a protuberance configured to be guided along the inserting route. When the mounting end is pushed manually to permit the protuberance to extend beyond the seat, the protuberance is turned angularly over the seat so as to abut against the rest wall, thereby retaining the tubular insert to the anchored mount.

The system comprises a signal sensor, a voice-event detector and notice and alarm element. In the method, voice signals are captured from a remote unit in an environment. The captured voice signals are classified into at least a voice event. As such, an emergent-event notice is automatically transmitted out if one of predefined emergent events is detected. In the building method on behavior trajectory, messages on voice events are continuously recorded. When the number of the recorded voice events reaches a threshold, a behavior trajectory is constructed, in which a behavior consists of two or more voice events or a single voice event.

The rigid substrate has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. The upper surface includes a first region and a second region located at a periphery of the first region. Next, a release layer is formed on the first region. Next, a flexible substrate layer is formed to cover the second region and the release layer. Next, a color photoresist layer is formed on a portion of the flexible substrate layer above the release layer. Next, the rigid substrate and the flexible substrate layer are cut along a border between the first region and the second region. Next, the flexible substrate layer is separated with the release layer. The method for manufacturing flexible color filter substrate can improve optical performance of the flexible color filter substrate.

Since the first sealant of the flexible display device has the fillisters arranged at intervals, the stress imposed on the first sealant may be decreased. Therefore, the life of the first sealant may be prolonged and the sealing performance of the flexible display device can be improved.

    Abstract: A sound event detecting module for detecting whether a sound event with characteristic of repeating is generated. A sound end recognizing unit recognizes ends of sounds according to a sound signal to generate sound sections and multiple sets of feature vectors of the sound sections correspondingly. A storage unit stores at least M sets of feature vectors. A similarity comparing unit compares the at least M sets of feature vectors with each other, and correspondingly generates a similarity score matrix, which stores similarity scores of any two of the sound sections of the at least M of the sound sections. A correlation arbitrating unit determines the number of sound sections with high correlations to each other according to the similarity score matrix. When the number is greater than one threshold value, the correlation arbitrating unit indicates that the sound event with the characteristic of repeating is generated.

After an idle status of the image recording apparatus exceeds a predetermined time, the control unit disables the interrupt unit and controls the second switch in an on-state and the first switch in an off-state to supply power to the detecting unit via the second switch. After a default time, the control unit enables the interrupt unit, therefore, maloperations when entering into the sleep mode can be prevented.
