The waveguide element is configured to receive an image and reflect the image to an eyeball location. The display panel is located at one side of the waveguide element. The display panel has a plurality of pixel units. The display panel is located between the waveguide element and the target location. The processor is electrically connected to the display panel. The processor is configured to determine the pixel units in a blocking area of the display panel to be opaque. The blocking area of the display panel overlaps the target location. The display panel displays the pixel units in the blocking area as grayscale according to the processor.

The movable holding component is configured for holding and moving the wire from a first position to a second position. The deforming component is configured for deforming the wire into a waved shape. The flattening component is configured for flattening several parts of the wire that are spaced apart from each other.

    Abstract: A molded fluorescent plastic lens and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The fluorescent material 3 is attached on surface of plastic preform or a cavity of a mold core of a mold. By plastic molding, the plastic preform is heated, pressured and cast into a molded fluorescent plastic lens with a fluorescent surface. Thus the molded fluorescent plastic lens not only has shape and optical properties of the molded forming lens, but also has fluorescent properties from a fluorescent surface layer formed by fluorescent material inserted into the plastic. Thus the produced molded fluorescent plastic lens is applied to road reflectors, white light LED or other optical elements for use.
