Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.

As processing the belt, the belt is installed in the apparatus and a driving device of the apparatus can move the belt. A distributing device of the apparatus scatters solid lubricative material on the surface of the belt. As the belt being moved, the lubricative material is melted by a heating device of the apparatus. When the belt is moved to leave the heating device, the melted lubricative material coagulates and engages with the surface of the belt.

Abstract: A tool box includes a casing with at least one open side for a plurality of boxes pivotally received therein. A link is pivotally connected to the boxes and located at a distance from the pivotal point of the boxes. An activation member is pivotally connected to one of the boxes and has a slot for receiving a boss extending from the link so that when pivoting the activation member, the link pivots the boxes to open. A spring is connected between the activation member and the casing so as to close all the boxes by pulling the activation member.

Abstract: This invention is a moving-character sound structure, involving mainly a mechanical unit. On the surface of the mechanical unit is an animal character. The eyes and mouth of the character are movable. The eyes and mouth of the character are connected to a transmission mechanism composed of a swing rod, a spring and a motor. Inside the mechanical unit are various circuits for radio, tape recorder, vocal IC, karaoke, and a driving circuit. When the push keys on the mechanical unit are pushed to select specific sound function giving off sound, the driving motor analyzes the specific frequency and activates the motor to rotate intermittently, causing the eyes and mouth of the character to open and close intermittently.
