  • Patent number: 11948837
Abstract: A method for making a semiconductor structure includes: providing a substrate with a contact feature thereon; forming a dielectric layer on the substrate; etching the dielectric layer to form an interconnect opening exposing the contact feature; forming a metal layer on the dielectric layer and outside of the contact feature; and forming a graphene conductive structure on the metal layer, the graphene conductive structure filling the interconnect opening, being electrically connected to the contact feature, and having at least one graphene layer that extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11916022
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a semiconductor processing system including an overlay (OVL) shift measurement device. The OVL shift measurement device is configured to determine an OVL shift between a first wafer and a second wafer, where the second wafer overlies the first wafer. A photolithography device is configured to perform one or more photolithography processes on the second wafer. A controller is configured to perform an alignment process on the photolithography device according to the determined OVL shift. The photolithography device performs the one or more photolithography processes based on the OVL shift.

  • Patent number: 10922386
Abstract: The present disclosure provides effective solutions to security inspection and monitoring of operations within security containers. The solutions overcome the challenges and difficulties caused by the isolation of the containers. One embodiment relates a computer-implemented method in which a security agent is migrated between one or more containers and the host machine by changing its namespace. Another embodiment relates to a computer-implemented method for user-mode object monitoring of one or more containers in which a security agent migrates serially to multiple containers while keeping user-mode object-monitoring handles for the containers. Thereafter, the security agent may migrate into the host machine and continue monitoring events within the containers using the user-mode object-monitoring handles. Another embodiment relates to a host machine which includes a master agent that communicates with multiple security agents holding user-mode object-monitoring handles for corresponding containers.

  • Patent number: 9507617
Abstract: Communication between software components in different virtual machines may be made through a hypervisor between pseudo-devices that have no corresponding physical device. A software component in a virtual machine transfers data to a pseudo-device in the virtual machine. The pseudo-device is connected to another pseudo-device in another virtual machine, and the connection is through the hypervisor. The data from the software component is transferred from the pseudo-device to the other pseudo-device over the connection through the hypervisor. The other pseudo-device in the other virtual machine receives the data and provides the data to another software component in the other virtual machine.

  • Patent number: 9407579
Abstract: A software defined networking (SDN) computer network includes an SDN controller and an SDN switch. The SDN controller inserts flow rules in a flow table of the SDN switch to create an SDN pipe between a sender component and a security component. A broadcast function of the SDN switch to the ports that form the SDN pipe may be disabled. The SDN pipe allows outgoing packets sent by the sender component to be received by the security component. The security component inspects the outgoing packets for compliance with security policies and allows the outgoing packets to be forwarded to their destination when the outgoing packets pass inspection. The SDN controller may also insert a flow rule in the flow table of the SDN switch to bypass inspection of specified packets.

  • Patent number: 8479294
Abstract: A computer system for high-availability virtualization environment includes an originating host machine hosting several virtual machines. Anti-malware scanning on a virtual machine may be initiated in the originating host machine. Prior to completion of the anti-malware scanning, the virtual machine may be migrated to another, destination host machine. The anti-malware scanning on the virtual machine may be resumed in the destination host machine based on a scan state of the virtual machine. The anti-malware scanning of the virtual machine may be suspended and scheduled for execution in the destination host machine. A scan cache of the virtual machine may be preserved depending on information from the scan state. For example, the scan cache may be preserved and employed in the destination host machine when the originating and destination host machines use the same scan engine and pattern version.
