  • Publication number: 20240351035
Abstract: A pressure generating device includes a tank, a deformable membrane, a driving device, and an actuating arm. The tank defines a chamber therein, and includes an opening and a communication port each of which is in fluid communication with the chamber. The deformable membrane is disposed to seal the opening, and is deformable between a flat state and a deformed state. The actuating arm is coupled to be driven by the driving device to move between a first position, where the deformable membrane is in the flat state, and a second position, where the deformable membrane is forced to be in the deformed state, such that a predetermined negative pressure is generated through the communication port when the actuating arm is driven from one of the first and second positions to the other one of the first and second positions.

  • Publication number: 20160135493
Abstract: A 3D printer system that uses the AM method to print a product using a plurality of materials, each of which is contained in a respective capsule. The capsules are removably inserted into respective capsule holders, each of which includes a heating device for adjusting the temperature of the material, and is releasably held in one of a plurality of stations. A tool fetches individual capsules from and deposits them to their stations, and holds individual capsules for printing the product using a telescopic extrusion apparatus. A memory stores capsule-identifying data, a processor provides position coordinates for positioning of the tool, and a controller moves the tool to the position coordinates. The capsule holders include heating systems for controlling the rheological behavior of the materials based on algorithms executed by the processor.

  • Patent number: 7441851
Abstract: A circuit of a multiplexing inkjet print system and a control circuit thereof for driving a plurality of jet orifices. A signal generating unit generates an enable signal according to a first clock signal and data. Then, a counter counts according to the enable signal to generate a plurality of time counting signals for N decoders, wherein N is a positive integer equal to or greater than 2. The N decoders decode the received time counting signal to generate N groups of start signals. Moreover, a shift register shifts data according to the enable signal and a second clock signal (or according to the first and the third clock signals) to generate i address signals, wherein i is a positive integer. Therefore, each of the heater circuits is driven under the control of an address signal and one of start signals of each group, thereby driving the corresponding jet orifice.

  • Patent number: 7163284
Abstract: An inkjet cartridge for dispensing a predetermined amount of reagents is provided. The inkjet cartridge comprises an inkjet print head and an array of capillary tubes. The print head is provided with a plurality of channels. The capillary tubes, filled with predetermined reagents, are disposed on the inkjet print head so as to communicate with the channels respectively and provide capillarity sufficient to prevent the reagents in the capillary tubes from leaking through the channels but not so great as to prevent the reagents in the capillary tubes from dispensing through the channels.

  • Patent number: 6926391
Abstract: A micro fluidic module having at least a micro fluid channel barrier comprises at least an actuator, a firing chamber, a plurality of convergent fluid outlet channel and a plurality of convergent fluid inlet channel. The actuator (e.g. a heater) boils the working fluid and generates thermal bubble and instant high pressure to eject the working fluid outside and expel the working fluid through the fluid outlet channel. Then, the working fluid refills from the fluid inlet channel. Therefore, the working fluid flows consistently through the firing chamber. The working fluid flowing through adjacent firing chambers are arranged in different or consistent directions. Therefore, the refilling speed of the working fluid is increased, and the operating frequency of the module is improved.
