The housing cover includes a light-permeable plate disposed on the second platform; an annular pressing element forcing the light-permeable plate to press against the second platform and engaged with the annular wall tightly. The diameter of the circular base face of the shell is 4-15 times the height of the shell.

    Abstract: An explosion-proof lamp cable gland is disposed in a channel of a coupling portion of an explosion-proof lamp for a cable to pass through, and includes a first explosion-proof member disposed at one end of the channel remote from an opening of the coupling portion and a compact member disposed at another end of the channel close to the opening of the coupling portion to connect to the first explosion-proof member. The explosion-proof lamp cable gland of the invention thus formed is simpler in structure and smaller in size, and can achieve explosion-proof effect as a conventional connector that is bulkier in size. Thus not only the cost is lower, but serial connection among the explosion-proof lamps also can be accomplished easily to make application versatile.

    Abstract: A method for testing an LED explosion-proof lamp chamber and a structure thereof aim to be used on a LED explosion-proof lamp. The LED explosion-proof lamp includes a shell and a lighting unit connected to the shell. The shell includes at least one chamber, at least one test portion located at one side of the shell and a sealing assembly connected to the test portion. The test portion includes a test aperture which is sealed by the sealing assembly by screwing and communicates with chamber. The test aperture includes a first thread section and a second thread section connected to the first thread section. The sealing assembly includes a sealing ring, a fastener run through the sealing ring and screwed with the first thread section, and a mask member to cover the fastener and screw with the second thread section. Thus, through a test device and the sealing assembly the sealing efficacy or airtightness of the LED explosion-proof lamp can be secured.
