  • Patent number: 10891285
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product are used to provide a factor in a first domain for a first set of data and in a second domain for a second set of data. The computer-implemented method, system and computer program product then determine a relationship between the domains in term of the factor. The computer-implemented method, system and computer program product determine for the first domain whether the factor from the second domain has changed, and if so, create domain specific records for the first domain in response to determining that the factor from the second domain has changed.

  • Patent number: 10790167
Abstract: A foam brush that has nodules on an outer diameter surface of the brush that have a pitch to diameter ratio (P/D) of between 1.2 and 1.5 and a nodule height to nodule diameter ratio of 0.2 to 0.5 can be used to achieve improved small particle and organic residue removal from substrates following CMP processing. CMP cleaning brushes of the disclosure may also be prepared with foams that are relatively soft and have a compression strength of less than 90 grams/cm2. CMP cleaning brushes with such P/D and H/D ratios, and optionally a compression strength of less than 90 grams/cm2 can be used in a variety of CMP cleaning processes including post copper CMP processes.

  • Patent number: 9669982
Abstract: A method of packaging a CMP brush having a cylindrical brush portion and a pair of end connection portions. The method includes saturating the brush with a liquid; covering the cylindrical brush portion with a flexible sheet that extends around and engages the surface of the cylindrical portion; engaging each of the end connection portions with a respective end support; inserting the dampened brush into a rigid polymer tubular shipping container and supporting the end connection portions within the polymer tube; and providing an additional exterior self-supporting packaging.

  • Patent number: 9532194
Abstract: Apparatus, methods and logic for vehicles to determine vehicle to vehicle (V2V) safety message transmission rates for transmitting V2V safety messages based on how frequently the vehicles actually need to exchange safety messages, including factors such as vehicle velocities, distances among vehicles, and on how quickly the inter-vehicle distances are closing up. The determined V2V safety message transmission rates are selectively dynamically adjusted in accordance with detected significant changes in one or more of the inter-vehicle distances or inter-vehicle speeds. To avoid needless frequent changes to the transmission rate, statistical modeling techniques including hypothesis testing and sequential change detection are selectively used to more accurately detect significant changes in inter-vehicle distances or inter-vehicle speeds that warrant a change to the message transmission rate.

  • Publication number: 20160250295
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable composition for gonadotropins. It provides a composition useful for stabilization of gonadotropins while preventing aggregation, dissociation, fragmentation and formation of oxidized species variants in solution for injection. Thus, it prevents instability of protein or polypeptide molecules caused due to aggregation or fragmentation or oxidation during or after formulation. Also, it provides a pharmaceutical composition of gonadotropins, which can be therapeutically used for the treatment of various indications either in single-dose form or in multi-dose form.

  • Patent number: 9380044
Abstract: A gateway apparatus supports differentiated secure communications among heterogeneous electronic devices. A communication port communicates via communication networks of different types with two or more associated devices having diverse secure communication capabilities. The gateway logic selectively authenticates the associated devices for group membership into a Secure Communication Group (SCG), and selectively communicates Secure Communication Group Keys (SCGKs) to the devices having the diverse secure communication capabilities for selectively generating session keys locally by the associated devices for mutual secure communication in accordance with the group membership of the associated devices in the SCG.

  • Publication number: 20150365389
Abstract: A system authenticates in-vehicle electronic devices having unequal capabilities such as having varying different communication and processing capabilities. A Connected Vehicle Gateway portion of a selected in-vehicle device acts as an onboard authentication proxy and onboard key server functionality for other in-vehicle devices, and serves as an interface between an in-vehicle network and one or more associated external networks, thereby eliminating the need for explicit peer discovery protocol and the requirement of devices to perform key establishment with each individual communication peer. Instead, each in-vehicle device establishes the group keys as a result of its authentication with the onboard key server and uses the group keys to locally generate and update its session keys. The onboard key server selectively obtains the keys from one or more off-board authentication servers and distributes them to selected in-vehicle devices.

  • Publication number: 20120113828
Abstract: A method, program, system and apparatus for implementing programmable radio patterns (i.e. beam-forming) in a wireless communication network are discussed. Beam-forming is performed by weighting data samples to compensate for phase variation and frequency variation introduced by a signal path. The phase variation and frequency variation introduced by a signal path is estimated by correlating stored data and calibration data. The phase variation and frequency variation are compensated for by applying phase and frequency corrections, or weights, to the data so as to equalize the phase variation and t frequency variation of the data.

  • Patent number: 6759864
Abstract: A system and method for testing an integrated circuit (IC) by transient signal analysis includes a comparison circuit that is configured to generate a comparison signal from an IC transient signal and a reference signal. Circuitry operationally coupled to the comparison circuit manipulates the comparison signal to generate a first output waveform area indicative of an absolute area of positive and negative portions within the comparison signal. The comparison circuit and the circuitry may include seven operational-amplifiers (op-amps) or ten op-amps. As a further processing sequence, a second output waveform area that is indicative of an absolute area of positive and negative portions within a second comparison signal is generated. In one embodiment, a first value representing the first waveform area and a second value representing the second waveform area are plotted to determine if the plotted X-Y coordinate falls within a predefined standard for determining the pass/fail status of the IC.
