Publication number: 20240403651Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that provide a trajectory-based explainability framework for reinforcement learning models. For example, the disclosed systems generate trajectory clusters from trajectories utilized to train a reinforcement learning agent. In some embodiments, the disclosed system generates a complementary target data set by removing a target trajectory cluster from the trajectory clusters. In some cases, the disclosed system trains a test reinforcement learning agent utilizing the complementary target data set and generates a cluster attribution by comparing the result of the test reinforcement learning agent with the result of the reinforcement learning agent.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 2, 2023Publication date: December 5, 2024Inventors: Shripad Vilasrao Deshmukh, Arpan Dasgupta, Balaji Krishnamurthy, Chirag Agarwal, Georgios Theocharous, Jayakumar Subramanian

Publication number: 20240395024Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for debiasing vision-language models utilizing additive residual learning. In particular, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems generate an encoded image representation of a digital image utilizing an image encoder of a vision-language neural network. Additionally, in some embodiments, the disclosed systems extract a protected attribute encoding from the encoded image representation of the digital image utilizing an additive residual learner. Upon extracting the protected attribute encoding, in some implementations, the disclosed systems determine a debiased image encoding for the digital image by combining the protected attribute encoding and the encoded image representation.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 23, 2023Publication date: November 28, 2024Inventors: Mayur Hemani, Chirag Agarwal, Ashish Seth

Publication number: 20240296337Abstract: Systems and methods for transfer learning are provided. According to one aspect, a method for transfer learning includes obtaining a target dataset, a source dataset, and a machine learning model trained on the source dataset; selecting a hard subset of the target dataset based on a similarity between the hard subset and the source dataset; computing a transferability metric for the target dataset based on the hard subset of the target dataset; and training the machine learning model using the target dataset based on the transferability metric.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 3, 2023Publication date: September 5, 2024Inventors: Surgan Jandial, Tarun Ram Menta, Akash Sunil Patil, Chirag Agarwal, Mausoom Sarkar, Balaji Krishnamurthy

Publication number: 20230393947Abstract: A data management system (DMS) may capture snapshots of a computing object in accordance with a service level agreement (SLA). The DMS may store the captured snapshots in a cluster of storage nodes at the DMS and/or transmit the snapshots to one or more external archive locations. Which archive location to store given snapshots of the computing object may be based on archival policies defined in the SLA. Some snapshots may be stored locally at the DMS, some snapshots may be stored in one archive location of a set of multiple candidate archive locations, and some snapshots may be stored in more than one archive location of the set of multiple candidate archive locations. A retention duration for each snapshot may be independent of the archive location for the snapshot. For recovery purposes, a user may specify from which archive location the user selects to retrieve a snapshot.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 4, 2022Publication date: December 7, 2023Inventors: Harshadrai Gajendrakumar Parekh, Shivam Rajpal, Nirvan Singhania, Samyak Jain, Prayag Jain, Udipta Das, Vaibhav Choudhary, Manjunatha D, Chirag Agarwal, Pengfei Wang

Patent number: 11831646Abstract: This disclosure is directed to embodiments of systems and methods for controlling the access to files or other data. In some of the disclosed embodiments, a computing system receives a request for access to data by a first device operated by a first user, and determines that an identity of a second user associated with the data is to be authenticated to allow access to the data by the first device. The computing system invokes an authentication process to authenticate the identity of the second user based on an input provided to a second device by the second user and, based on that authentication process, determines that the identity of the second user has been authenticated based on the first input. The computing system then provides access to the data by the first device based at least in part on authentication of the identity of the second user. The authentication process may, for example, authenticate the identity of the second user based on a biometric input provided by the second user.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2019Date of Patent: November 28, 2023Inventors: Nandikotkur Achyuth, Satish Vanahalli, Chirag Agarwal, Arnav Akhoury

Patent number: 11544398Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for secure offline transmission of a plurality of data segments from a sending device to one or more receiving devices. The sending device and the one or more receiving devices may communicate via an offline local network. A secure, encrypted container may be created at the receiving device to temporarily cache the received data segments one at a time and the encrypted storage container prevents access by one or more applications of the receiving device to data stored therein based on storage instructions from the sending device. The encrypted container may be configured to store the data segments such that less than all of the data segments are stored at the receiving device at any one time.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2021Date of Patent: January 3, 2023Assignee: Citrix Systems, Inc.Inventors: Noah Dyvadheenam, Satish Vanahalli, Chirag Agarwal, Arnav Akhoury

Patent number: 11451614Abstract: Described embodiments provide systems and methods for transferring a file. A sender device configured to transfer a file to a receiver device may send an identifier of the receiver device and a public key to a server via a first network. The sender device may receive, via the first network prior to disconnecting from the first network, a session token from the server. The session token and the public key may be sent to the receiver device via the first network. The sender device may detect, after receiving the session token, a peer-to-peer (P2P) wireless network established by the receiver device. The P2P wireless network may broadcast a service set identifier (SSID) with a network key encrypted using the public key. The sender device may connect, using the network key, to the P2P wireless network to transfer the file to the receiver device via the P2P wireless network.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2020Date of Patent: September 20, 2022Assignee: Citrix Systems, Inc.Inventors: Satish Vanahalli, Chirag Agarwal, Arnav Akhoury
