  • Patent number: 8967996
Abstract: The combustion controller controls the fuel and air that are supplied to the combustion furnace for burning substances, and addresses the aforementioned object by including: fuel supply unit for supplying fuel and air into the combustion furnace; air supply unit for supplying air into the combustion furnace, the air supply unit being disposed downstream of the fuel supply unit in the direction of flow of combustion air; concentration measuring unit for measuring the concentration of hydrogen sulfide of the combustion air by passing a measurement beam of light through the combustion air at a measurement position downstream of the fuel supply unit in the direction of flow of the combustion air; and control unit for controlling the amount of air supplied from the fuel supply unit based on a measurement result provided by the concentration measuring unit.

  • Publication number: 20120301368
Abstract: Disclosed is a sieve including a mixing space, a sieving space, and a mixture transport space formed therein. A mesh for holding an active material in the mixing space is arranged in the undermost part of the mixing space. A gas containing a powder of a conductive material is supplied from a lower part of the mesh toward an upper part of the mesh to float the active material placed on the mesh and cause the collision between floating particles of the active material and particles of the conductive material, thereby producing particles of a mixture. Among the particles of the mixture, particles having particle sizes equal to or smaller than a desired particle size range rise up from the mixing space to the mixture transport space through the sieving space, while particles having relatively large particle sizes do not reach the mixture transport space.

  • Publication number: 20110012628
Abstract: A corrosion detecting apparatus includes a first conductive part, an insulating film part made of a material same as that applied to an outdoor structure, which covers the first conductive part, and linear second conductive parts provided in plural with a predetermined gap there between on top of the film part, to detect a corrosion current generated due to degradation of the film part. The corrosion current is detected by a water film generated by a crack formed due to degradation of the film part.
