The gear ring and the coil unit are fixed in the motor housing and two bearings are located between the shaft and the motor housing so that the motor housing is rotatable relative to the shaft. The tube has the magnet unit and the sun gear, and the planet gear frame is fixed to the shaft and the planet gears are connected to the planet gear frame. The planet gears are engaged with the gear ring and the sun gear. By this arrangement, the hub motor is simplified and easily assembled to the electric vehicles.

The connecting members are connected to an inside of the rim and the hub motor is connected to the connecting members. The hub motor includes a shaft, a rotor and a stator. The shaft is located on a central axis of the rim and two ends of the shaft are fixed to a vehicle frame. The battery is located on the rim and the control device receives a wireless command signal and generating a control signal to control the battery to provide power to the hub motor, and to allow the hub motor to operate. The rim is equipped with the battery and the hub motor and directly connected to the vehicle frame without wires connected to the vehicle frame.

The shaft has a magnet unit and a sun gear fixed thereto, a planet gear frame is connected to the fixed axle by a one-way bearing. Multiple planet gears are connected to the planet gear frame. The planet gears are engaged with the ring gear and the sun gear. The hub motor is simplified structure and easily assembled.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a positioning switch mechanism for foldable assembly of bicycles, comprising a positioning switch assembly, a first rotary member and a second rotary member which are able to revolve against each other along a rotation axis. The positioning switch assembly has a press button assembly set in the first rotary member with a spring and a pin set in the second rotary member with a spring as well. When the first rotary member revolves close to overlap against the second rotary member, the first rotary member pushes the pin to be drowned back into the second rotary member. The first rotary member continues to revolve against the second rotary member till they are completely overlapped. The pin limits itself in the first rotary member so as to fix with the second rotary member.
