Abstract: A ratchet wrench may include a main body, a cylinder, a first sleeve, and a second sleeve. The main body has a head portion and a shank, and a first through hole horizontally penetrates through the head portion, and the cylinder is coupled in the first through hole. The inner peripheries of two ends of the cylinder respectively comprise continuous teeth to form a first tool hole and a second tool hole, and the first tool hole and the second tool hole can respectively receive a first sleeve and a second sleeve which respectively have a third tool hole and a fourth tool hole thereon. Also, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are detachable from the cylinder to install needed sleeves with different diameters of tool holes, which greatly increases the consumer purchasing intentions.
