  • Publication number: 20110298674
Abstract: An electronic device with antenna switch comprises a first antenna, a first proximity sensor, a second antenna, a detection module, a determination module and a control module. The first proximity sensor is located with the first antenna at a first side portion of the electronic device. The detection module detects an approach signal from the first proximity sensor. The determination module determines whether the strength of the approach signal is stronger than a threshold value in real time. The control module initiate the second antenna to receive signals through the switch if the strength of the approach signal is stronger then the strength of the threshold value.

Abstract: A mobile device includes an antenna module, a calculation module, a location sensor, a determination module, and a regulator module. The calculation module calculates a received signal strength indication (RSSI) of the antenna module. The location sensor senses a user relative to the mobile device when the mobile device is in a communication mode. The determination module determines whether the RSSI degrades over a default period and whether the user is near the mobile device when the mobile device is in the communication mode. The regulator module regulates antenna characteristic of the mobile device when the RSSI degrades over the default period and the user is near the mobile device when the mobile device is in the communication mode.

  • Publication number: 20080106472
Abstract: A pattern antenna structure includes a casing, a PCB, and an antenna unit. The PCB is disposed in the casing. The antenna unit is electrically connected with the PCB, and the antenna unit is disposed on the casing to form a predetermined pattern. Hence, the antenna unit of the present invention is the predetermined pattern exactly, and the predetermined is the antenna unit exactly. Especially for the predetermined pattern applied to a trademark, not only the trademark has an antenna function and a trademark appearance function, but also the trademark has an anti-counterfeit function. In other words, consumers can judge whether a purchase product with the trademark is true via testing whether the trademark has the antenna function or not.
