Abstract: An apparatus for inspecting a wafer process chamber is disclosed. In one example, the apparatus includes: a sensor, a processor, and a lifetime predictor. The sensor captures information about at least one hardware part of the wafer process chamber. The processor processes the information to determine a hardware condition of the at least one hardware part. The lifetime predictor predicts an expected lifetime left for the at least one hardware part based on the hardware condition.

The lens base is disposed on the display panel, and includes a first guiding element. The adjusting ring is disposed on the lens base, and includes a second guiding element attached to the first guiding element. The lens is disposed on the adjusting ring. The first guiding element and the second guiding element extend along a spiral path.

Abstract: The real time scrolling subtitle detecting device and method which includes a subtitle decoding unit to decode a subtitle stream for obtaining a first compressed subtitle data and a second compressed subtitle data and generating a first subtitle data and a second subtitle data corresponding to the first and the second compressed subtitle respectively, a receiving unit to receive the first compressed subtitle data and the second one of the subtitle decoding unit, and a detecting module to detect and obtain an offset of the first compressed subtitle data and the second one to determine a subtitle scrolling information of the second subtitle data.

Abstract: Either frame of a telescopic stepladder comprises a support section, one or more sliding sections, a plurality of locking mechanisms each disposed in either locking portion of two sections and in one embodiment including a fastener adapted to fasten the side rail of one section and the side rail of the other section together, and a lower spring depressible detent adapted to lock both sections. Pushing the braces upward, moving both frames toward each other, unfastening the fasteners, unlocking the detents, and sliding down the sliding sections to a limit will retract the sliding sections with respect to the support sections or the retracted sliding sections.
