Abstract: The apparatus includes a first plate for supporting the first surface of the article adjacent to the edge part of the article, a second plate extending from one end of the first plate in order to support the second surface of the article adjacent to the edge part of the article, a band connected to both side ends of the first plate such that a worker is able to securely hold the apparatus using one hand, and a non-skid member attached to at least one of inner surfaces of the first and second plates, which make contact with the first and second surfaces of the article, so as to prevent the apparatus from sliding along the article.
