    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for resource management of a call control processor. In the mobile communication system even if resource allocation for an origination call or a page response call of a mobile hand station is impossible, the call control processor checks whether any other call has been released or any other processor has returned to the normal state from the abnormal state within certain time and accordingly makes a request again for re-allocation of available resources to the resource management processor within a certain pre-determined time period instead of transmitting a call release signal.
