    Abstract: The disclosure provides a control method and a device for an air conditioner. The method includes: a first reward matrix is constructed according to multiple sets of target operating parameters of an air conditioner, a maximum expected benefit of performing a current action in a current state is calculated based on the first reward matrix and a Q-learning algorithm, wherein the current state is represented by a current indoor environment temperature and a current outdoor environment temperature; target action parameters under the maximum expected benefit are acquired, and operation of the air conditioner is controlled based on second target action parameters, wherein the second target action parameters at least include a second target operating frequency of the compressor, a second target opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and a second target rotating speed of the external fan.

    Abstract: Provided are an electrokinetic device and method for in-situ leaching of uranium, belonging to the technical field of in-situ leaching of uranium. The electrokinetic device for in-situ leaching of uranium includes an injection well, a pumping well, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, leaching solution, and a direct current power supply. Uranium ore is provided between the injection well and the pumping well, the negative electrode is arranged in the injection well, and the positive electrode is arranged in the pumping well. The leaching solution is injected from the injection well, flows through the uranium ore, and then is pumped from the pumping well for uranium extraction. The direct current power supply is respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and is configured to apply direct current between the positive electrode and the negative electrode to promote the pooling of uranium-carrying ions towards the pumping well.

    Abstract: A power arrangement and cooling system for electronic devices includes a processing unit electrically interconnected and disposed to a first side of a printed circuit board and a power converter electrically interconnected and disposed on a second side of the printed circuit board. The power converter includes a thermally conductive material layer that transfers heat generated by the power converter during operation away from the power converter toward a heatsink that is disposed adjacent the second side of the printed circuit board. Heat generated by the processing unit is absorbed by a heatsink disposed adjacent the first side of the printed circuit board. Power for the processing unit is provided, by the power converter, through a thickness of the printed circuit board.

In the time synchronization process, an aggregation node determines a delay parameter and other parameters based on a timeslot in which traffic information randomly transmitted by a sensing terminal is located, and the sensing terminal adjusts transmission time of a corresponding frame based on the parameters. The traffic channel access process adopts a mode in which one-way reporting is mainly used, to minimize working time of a sensor. The present disclosure realizes limited two-way communication on a control channel, supports configuration of a sensor cycle, a threshold, and other parameters, and supports a retransmission mechanism on the control channel for important alarm information.
