    Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there are provided a method, device, medium, and product for state prediction. The method includes: obtaining a neural network, the neural network being trained to determine a state change of a physical system over time, training data of the neural network indicating states of a plurality of physical systems at a plurality of times; obtaining state data corresponding to a state of a target physical system at a first time; determining respective unit feature representations of the physical units in the target physical system based at least on target values of material properties of the physical units; and determining a state of the target physical system at a second time based on the state data by inputting at least the unit feature representations to the neural network. Through the above solution, generalization capability of the neural network can be significantly improved.

In the method, an upstream model is obtained from a portion of network layers in a pretrained model, the pretrained model describing an association between a molecular structure and molecular energy. A downstream model is determined based on a molecular prediction purpose, and an output layer of the downstream model is determined based on the molecular prediction purpose. A molecular prediction model is generated based on the upstream model and the downstream model, the molecular prediction model describing an association between a molecular structure and a molecular prediction purpose associated with the molecular structure. Since the upstream model may have extensive knowledge related to molecules, the amount of training data required to train the molecular prediction model that is generated based on the upstream model and the downstream model may be reduced.

After bonding together the first and second wafers, an emitter filter is formed in an emission region, and a reception filter is formed in a receiving region. The method provided in the present invention not only can simplify the fabrication process of the device and improve its accuracy and stability, but also facilitates integration of the emitter and receives filters in a same chip, which results in a higher degree of integration of the device and a more compact package size thereof.

    Abstract: A steel-timber composite shear wall with layered steel plates and timber cover plates is provided in the present disclosure, including a rubber layer, with a first thin low yield point (LYP) steel plate and a second thin structural steel plate respectively arranged on both sides of the rubber layer.     Abstract: IgG epitope and applications thereof as a target are provided. The IgG epitope is the CH1 domain of non-B cell-derived IgG, and there is N-glycosylated sialic acid modification at the Asn162 site of the domain. The realization of its antigen functions must depend on the sialylation of the site. The present invention further discloses the applications of the IgG epitope as a drug target in preparing drugs for diagnosis and/or treatment of epithelial tumors. In addition, our studies showed that this antigen depends on the sialylation of Asn162 site as a drug target, and the sialylation of this site must depend on sialyltransferase ST3GAL4, indicating that the enzyme can be used as a drug target for preparing tumor therapeutic drugs. Further, integrin ?4 is co-expressed and co-localized with IgG containing the epitope. IgG can be used as a marker for preparing drugs for the auxiliary detection of epithelial tumors.
