The cover absorber is used for absorbing blood leakage. The two detection modules are disposed on the cover absorber at intervals. The control module is electrically connected to the two detection modules to detect whether the cover absorber absorbs the blood. The alarm module is electrically connected to the control module. The alarm module issues an alarm when the cover absorber absorbs the blood.

    Abstract: An electron spectroscopy system and method are disclosed. In another aspect, an ultrabright and ultrafast angle-resolved electron spectroscopy system is provided. A further aspect of the present system employs an electron gun, a radio frequency cavity and multiple spectrometers. Yet another aspect uses spectrometers in an aligned manner to deflect and focus electrons emitted by the electron gun. Moreover, an ultrafast laser is coupled to an electron spectroscopy system. A bunch of monochromatic electrons have their energy compressed and reoriented in an additional aspect of the present system. A further aspect of the present electron spectroscopy system employs adaptive and/or adjustable optics to optimize both time and energy compression. Another aspect provides at least two RF lenses or cavities, one before a specimen and one after the specimen.

The method is performed by the controller after the grid-connected power supply system is started and has steps of determining if each power supply module outputs power, activating each power supply module and charging an energy storage capacitor of the power supply module, and activating the relay when the stored voltages of the energy storage capacitors of all the power supply modules are greater than a preset peak voltage of the mains power. Accordingly, required number of relays is reduced and the size of the system can thus be more compact.

    Abstract: A system and method for balancing a battery pack is disclosed. The method includes the step of monitoring voltages for all batteries in the battery pack and if the voltages of any two batteries are out of balance, then, issuing a balancing command to charge the battery that is relatively lower in voltage between the two until the voltage of the battery attaining a preset voltage. The battery-pack balancing system includes a battery-monitoring unit and a battery-balancing unit. The battery-monitoring unit monitors the voltage of all the batteries in the battery pack and, when the voltages of any of the two batteries in the battery pack is out of balance, issues a balancing command to charge the battery that is relatively lower voltage in the battery pack.

    Abstract: The invention provides a photochromic dye of a structure containing a common structure of spirooxazine series compounds and three substituents. The photochromic dye according to the invention exhibits characteristics of a high heat stability, good light fatigue resistance, high sensitivity, extremely degradation rate and the like. This photochromic dye can be formulated with suitable organic solvents and used as photochromic functional colorants under UV light excitation. Further, this photochromic dye can be synthesized and purified in simple steps with cheap raw materials and hence at a greatly lowered production cost.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating shallow trench isolation structures. A substrate over which a polysilicon layer and a masking layer are formed is provided. An opening is formed within the polysilicon layer and the masking layer. A trench is then formed within the substrate. An oxide layer is formed within the trench, and the surface of the oxide layer has a same level as the surface of the masking layer. The masking layer is removed and a thermal process is performed to transform the polysilicon layer to a silicon oxide layer. The silicon oxide layer is removed by an wet etching process and a shallow trench isolation structure is accomplished.
