  • Publication number: 20210174209
Abstract: A neural network obtaining method and a related device are provided. The method may be applied to a scenario in which reinforcement learning is performed on a neural network in the artificial intelligence field. After obtaining a first task, a server obtains a first success rate of completing the first task by using a first neural network. When the first success rate is less than a preset threshold, the server generates a second neural network and a new skill. The server trains, based on a simulated environment corresponding to the first task, the second neural network by using a reinforcement learning algorithm, until a second success rate of completing the first task by using the second neural network is greater than or equal to the preset threshold. The server stores the trained second neural network and the new skill.

  • Patent number: 7622574
Abstract: Provided are antisense poly-2?-O-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)oligoribonucleotides which are complementary to the IL-14? gene and/or transcribed IL-14? mRNA. Also provided are monoclonal antibodies reactive with discreet IL-14? peptides. The oligoribonucleotides and monoclonal antibodies are useful in inhibiting the growth of lymphocytes.

  • Publication number: 20060122140
Abstract: The present invention provides antisense oligoribonucleotides with sequences that recognize and bind to the c-myc gene or c-myc mRNA, where one or more sugar residues of the oligoribonucleotides are modified by the substitution of DNP at the 2?-O position. The antisense oligoribonucleotides can be used for inhibiting the growth of cells in which the c-myc gene is overexpressed by down-regulation of transcription of c-myc RNA or translation of the c-myc protein. The antisense oligoribonucleotides can also be used for diagnostic purposes to identify the overexpression of the c-myc gene. The nucleotide sequence of the DNP-oligoribonucleotides is complementary to the sequence 578 to 598 in c-myc mRNA and does not contain a G-quartet motif. This DNP-RNA can silence c-myc gene expression both in vitro and in vivo with high efficacy and sequence specificity.
