    Abstract: Provided is a lentivirus packaging system, which comprises: a transfer plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence of TAR-reserved-chimeric 5? long terminal repeat (LTR); at least one packaging plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding TAR RNA binding protein, a nucleotide sequence of rev gene, a nucleotide sequence of gag gene, and a nucleotide sequence of pol gene; and an envelope plasmid. Due to the expression of gene of TAR RNA binding protein by the packaging plasmids, the produced lentivirus has higher virus titer and can improve the transduction rate and the gene delivery efficiency during cell transduction. The present invention further provides a method of improving lentivirus production in a host cell, which comprises using the lentivirus packaging system to transfect the host cell. The present invention further provides a cell transduced by the lentivirus and a method of using the cell for treating cancer.

    Abstract: A composition for accelerating aerobic biodegradation of an elastomer, such as NBR latex, comprises an additive that includes a monomer with a plurality of polyhydroxy groups, and a growth enhancer for aerobic bacteria. When combining the monomer and the growth enhancer in a weight ratio of between 12:1 and 6:1, the result is an assimilative carbon to nitrogen ratio in the elastomer of between 10:1 and 30:1. Preferably the monomer with the plurality of polyhydroxy groups has a molecular weight of between 140-180 g/mol, and the growth enhancer of aerobic bacteria has a molecular weight of between 130-140 g/mol. In some embodiments the composition is added to a base that results in an alkaline mixture, and a dehydrating agent to inhibit agglomeration and decomposition.

    Abstract: A touch light-emitting module having hallowed portion for incapsulation resin and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The touch light-emitting module includes a printed circuit board and a touch-control conductor. The printed circuit board has a top surface on which a touch-control IC and a luminous unit that is electrically connected are disposed. The touch-control conductor includes a hollowed portion. The touch-control conductor is coated, on the bottom thereof, with a conductive material to combine with the top surface of the printed circuit board, so that the touch-control IC and the luminous unit are located in the hollowed portion. An encapsulation resin is then injected into a space between the printed circuit board and the hollowed portion to complete encapsulation. As such, the module offers a simplified structure to achieve an effect of minimization, and simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the working time to thereby enhance the yield.
